[Resolved]  Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd — Purchase of a teak tree

I had purchased a teak one worth Rs.14, 75.00 on 04/01/1995 and its maturity date is 03/1/2015 with assured mid term payments. However nither has ant mid term payment been made nor has there been any communication from the company.

I had purchased 2 trees in 1994, teakquity vied certificate No J 15669 ( application no P 071800), J 11663 (application no A 133446).
Date of joining 28/02/1997, Date of Maturity 27/02/17
We waited all these years, understood your hardship and co-operated with the STM.
For the last several years, I am trying to correspond but failed as there is no trace of this firm.

I have not received a single pie since then although by this time I should have received two interim dividend full amount on maturity.

Please respond and inform us the status.

I purchased one teak tree in the year 1996 by paying Rs.1700/- The policy was for a period of 20 years. So far no information no respond by telephone from their end. Since I am retired person this amount is grately useful in my old age. One has to take step to forward the Sterling Magnum company.

in 1996. and they have promised to repay the amount
on 18.6.2016 after 20 years, As per the promise, they have not given
any amount till date. However it was not fulfilled by the company.

I think they are cheating.

Hence i request you to look into the matter and

and arrange to send me the hardearned money
immediately from the company

I have invested Rs, 22, 125/- for 15 nos of teak Tree on 30/04/1995.
The Maturity Date was 29/04/2015.
Will the association update me on the latest status. Is there any hope of getting back the invested amount.

I invested in 45 trees @ Rs. 1475/- per tree on 30.05.1995 with maturity on 29.05.2015.

I have invested in steeling tree magnum (india) limited on 05/03/1995 in Teak tree plantation .
I have invested for the plantation of one tree . The following is the certificate numbers
The Certificate no issued to me was K2829 dated 31/12/19955. The location of the plantation
present on the certificate is "JALLIPATTI PLANTATION" in Udumalpet Sub-Registration District,
Coimbatore District. The first interim was on 09/08/2001 and the second one was on 09/08/2007,
but as of today i have not received any interim returns and not received any final amount.
The company cheated us please somebody help me.
