I am the customer of sundirect since oct 08. I have taken 999 plan with free 10 months subsription and which is completed in Aug 09 soon after recharted with Rs. 133/- then after i am not able to watch Sundirect regional channel ( Telugu - Jemini, Teja, Jemini music, News ) . I have complianed (Complaint No. [protected] ) somany times to customercare but there is no positive action.
SUN DTH — Not activated the Free Channels
Hai, I am Ganesh . My Sun DTH Smart Card No : [protected]. They informed about the new offer –do the recharge Rs.655 for 6months & get world cup TV free. I done an recharge on 16th Feb 11 for Rs. 655 & i called the customer care to activate the special offer on 17th feb Ref No : [protected] . They done recharge for 6 month validation not for world cup tV. Again i called twice & asked for the same , they said that it will activated with in 2 hr. I made an complaint for not appearing the Free world cup TV My complaint Ref No : [protected]/[protected]/[protected] ....etc still now i not received the proper reply from any body.This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . this is my 2nd scenario with SUN DTH .
