i've Purchased Sun direct Equipment with Shine Pachage in that iam not getting Star Plus Channel. so many time i escalate this to vendor and the same to Customer care also. but no body are giving proper responce to my Query. even the vendor is not picking my calls . this type of service is really not good for customers. to connect with customer care we have stay in line for hours. then only we'll get to ur Executives with nill Result.
please suggest me what to do?

With reference to the above, I would like to inform you that i Used to take add on package pluto super every month. This time after recharging sufficient amount on[protected] Iam getting only Hangama out of the package
From 2nd december onwards we used to complaint this every day with your Customercare No.[protected] and repetedly getting an answer that it will be ready with in 24 hours.
today is 8th december, till date the problem is not solved .
Now youare requested to advice me what to do now. Or you plese cancell the Package and credit the amount deducted formthe package toour account
Ihave received two complaint numbers, noting here for your reference

This is Faisal M N From Hyderabad having sundirect smart card number [protected]. I have subscribed for 6 month. but I am not getting any channel from past 2 Months. I have raised so many complaints for resolving it, but they never responded to me. I never had such a bad I would say worst bitter experience with any one else in my life.I feel that I am just spoiled my time and Money I Invested on it.........................
As customer,with my experience , I would say SUN DIRECT is least bothered about their customer.. They dont have any process to track their customer complaints and to ensure the resolution provided to the customer. The customer represenative people allways do false promises that they are going to resolve within 24 hours.So in my experience I found them without any moral values holding towards the Customers rights as being one of the premier DTH Service provider.
Please Note: This is my personal openion based on my real experience. So I would suggest if you go for SUN DTH service, "Look before You Leap".

I have taken a DTH connection fron SUN DIRECT about 3 months ago. Since 2 weeks I am not getting the channels due to low signal strenth. I have contacted the customer care several times. But they have solved my problem. As directed in their web site I tried to contact the nodal officer of AP on[protected] but he never answers the phone. I have given mails 5 times on the given mail address [protected]@sundirect.in. He has not responded to the mails also. Please do the needful to resolve my problem and intimate the higher authorities of SUN DIRECT about the inactiveness of the customer service and the nodal officer.
