[Resolved]  Sun Direct — not doing service

I have taken sun ditect direct DTH from Mahalakshmi Traders -Maruti nagar. on 20.08.09. Smart card No. is. [protected], Daily I am requesting them to come and do the service. That fellow is cheating us very easily. Every day he is replying that " ok. i am coming now its self." . But now one month is over. He is not come. His mobile No. is [protected]

once he come and taken our digital setup bax and gone. He is switching off his mobile whenever i am calling.. i have gone and met many times for this matter.

Pls do the service properly. otherwise disconnect your service . if you are doing service , extend the date of free period. otherwise i want money back.
