Never Choose Sun Direct. It is Big Hell. If you want to buy it as it is cheaper then better to not have the tv set at all. What ever entertainment yuo will get from this, it will be comensated by pain and tension. you will just end up calling there customer care and he hang on on phone for hours.

Sundirect service is the worst. The nodal officer, Gunadeep hardly replies to any calls or emails.
The customer care number : all routes to this number is busy even at 12:00pm in the night!!

Sun Direct has the worst customer care service i ever seen. Not even able to connect and if somehow i got connected, the computer voice giving 20 minutes avail time for attending the customer call.
Once i got connected and waited for 15 mins. Once every 5 mins, the voice saying that you have to wait for 15 mins to connect, 10 mins to connect and finally on 15th min, I shocked after hearing that voice messaging. The voice messaging saying again that i have to wait another 20 mins in order to get connect.
What a worst scenario is this?. Very pathetic situation to tell. I hate SUN direct. Better planning to go for Reliance. It's somewhat reliable.

i have rechargdwith RS.50to get setmax at13.3 2010from a local outlet and got an idno. as[protected].yesterday i told it to the costamer care and they said the chanel will be activeted within two hours but till this time i t is not recharged

The same problem facing me also from last one weak.g purchase a sun Direct connection and not activated yet today one weak completed .the dealer told me it is activated but its not working in my home

very worst customer servicei had activated tensports in sun direct but last 15 days its not working i was register my complaint in customer care (ph[protected] when ever calling they telling technical person call you with in 2 hr but still i m not get any calls from him and when ever calling it take time more then 30 min to connect CCO. if contact retailer thay telling we only seling the goods not give the customer support .
One of the very poor customer care I ever seen in my life… 30 to 45 minutes to connect a call… if connected the quality of customer care agent is very very pathetic… they don’t know how to do customer care and how to do their basic jobs like activating a channel… even they used to disconnect calls without informing us… If somebody ask you for feedback about Sundirect please don’t recommend to go for this….(if they like to activate a channel worth RS 35 they need to spend 70RS from their phone!!!) Really very bad service!!!
