[Resolved]  Sun Direct TV — wrong registration of smart card

i hav taken sun direct subscription from MST enterprises chennai for 1 year and they provided settopbox with smart card in july. but i found the smart card provided to me is registered in someone else name and wen i enquired they said they will replace as it is mistakenly provided to me and 3 months since tht call and inspite of me making repeated complaints they didnt replace .
and now my connection is disconnected and wen i ask sun tv cust care they say its validity is expired . now what course of action should i take?
the delivery bill provided to me indicates the smart card registered under my name but cust care differs!!!!!
