I made complaint on[protected] regarding set top box problem to customer care from where i was directed to contact distributor by giving mobile no; and he was contacted. Since he did not respond i contacted service manager on[protected] and he told me that he would send the person on the day itself but he turned on the late evenign of[protected] without providing alternate set top box. After that only my turmoil started and i was shunted from pillar to post. I would have contacted nearly 100 times from customer care centre to distributor but everything vent in vain. There is no higherup tobe contacted in sun dth and the management is such wonderful nto to be cared about the customer. No fellow will lift the phone and simply a mobile no only be given and it is the responsibility to get the problem redressed but it will never get redressed. After much pressure the set top box was returned on[protected] stating that it could not be repaired as the water was poured into that box. It was quite amazing that the the the set top box was out of order when it was working. If the water was pored how it could be possible to glow red light and there must be short circuit. Now sun dth is wanting me to pay Rs.1000 for new set top box. What i could infer from sun dth that they will catch customer at low cost at the beginning and torcher aftewords and they will provide the material either to have short life or they would have induce distributor not to make any service. Otherwise sundth does not have any control over the administration.From this i want to convey the message that customer should think atleast 1000 times before having the connection. I have never such hopeless,useless service in my career. .
The customer care is meant only for the enquiry for rechafrge and that is not meant to track the record of grievance of the customer and solve. They will simply give one number which is useless for any purpose. Was this information helpful? |
