[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

Sir, my tata doc. Mob. No. is [protected] and i m facing the problem of bal. Deduction.i submitted complaint to docomo care but their is no response.

Tatadocomo mobile service provider deducted Rs. 81 from my main balance after 23 Mar 2012 statin the lines below. Once his executive said that Rs. 65/- has been credited in your mobile and another message his executive says that upon checking with our records the charges have been levied correctly for the GPRS usage in multiple sessions. Hence, we would unable to refund the amount. They are totally fruad and harrasing regular customer doing unnecessary deduction of balance from main account. I had already recharged Rs. 63/- and then accessing the GPRS whereas customer care executive says the charges deducted are correctly. How it is possible ? See Message below...

This is to inform that no any amount as mentioned in your reply has been credited in my account till now. As of now my balance is Rs. 6.45 out of Rs. 81.

Kindly not down that after recharging from Mchek Rs. 110+10+10+10=140. Only I activated GPRS Pack of Rs. 63/- on 23 Mar 2012. After deduction of said amount my account balance should be Rs. 81. Kindly credit the outstanding amount Rs. 81 at the earliest please.

I am customer of TATADOCOMO mobie No [protected] since last two and half year. On 23rd of Mar 2012 I had recharged through Mchek for Rs. 100/- and get Rs. 110/- talk time being a old customer. On the same day I had recharged for GPRS pack of Rs. 63/- and get 2560MB Data balance. When I contact to Customer Care for non working of GPRS from my existing No i.e. [protected] he said your balance is too low. For accessing of GPRS main balance is Rs. 1/- must be required. On checking of Main Balance on 24 Mar 2012 I found that my Main Balance is Paise 0.74 only, and thereafter I contact to customer care again through 121, my call attended by Ms SONAM and she had said that data is now not updated you have to contact after four hours thereafter call cannot be connected again to customer care. When I call again on 25 Mar 12 around customer care not answered call and disconnected thereafter till now customer care Number not connected. For accessing of
GPRS I had recharged three times @Rs. 10/- through Mchek and at present out of Rs. 110+10+10+10= Rs. 140/-. I had activated only Rs. 63/- for GPRS pack. After deduction of Rs. 63 from main Bal my main balance should be Rs. 140+previous balance approx Rs. 4/- is only Rs. 7.55. You are requested to kindly personnaly look into the matter and instruct the customer care executive not to deduct unnecessary balance for harrasing of customer and Refund/credit the whole deducted amount Rs. 144 - Rs. 63 i.e Rs. 81/- in my main balance please. It is sixth time when my balane is unnecessary deducted since Apr 2011.

My number is [protected]. On 29th March, at around 12:00 PM, an Internet pack of Rs. 69 in which 2.5 GB data usage is free got automatically activated on my Sim. Since then I am regularly trying to call Customer Care but they are not connecting me. I even tried to complain with another Docomo Number, but of no use. Please refund my money back as soon as possible.

On 29 March,2012 at around 12:00 PM, an Internet pack of Rs. 69 with 2.5 GB data usage got automatically activated on my Sim. Since then I am regularly trying to call Customer Care but they are not connecting me. I even tried to complain with another Docomo Number, but of no use.

It has now become very difficult to use the Docomo number....because today- 31st march morning only I had recharged it with Rs.150. And within 2 hours, again Rs. 66 have been deducted for no reason....!!!

The customer care executives are very careless in attending my calls..........I'm really fed up with the docomo service.
I want my money back as soon as possible....!!!!!!!!!!
Rs. 10 were deducted even when my Internet usage was still left...!!!

Tata Docomo — balance deduction

i am fed up of tata docomo now, from past 1 month everyday rs.1 is getting cut from my balance without aby reason.
i called costumer care 2 times and their only answer was that no extra serivce is activated and balance is not getting deducted.

I am Having Complaint of tata docomo that is mine balance is being deducted when i have recharged internet pack of rs 99 then they started deducting everyday mine balance first day rs1 next day rs3 then rs5 then i stopped using internet and kept the phone switched off for 10 to 12 days then i checked mine balance was below rs1 i think it was rs0.26 then i recharged rs150 and used it in calling and mine balance was left rs58.92 then on that day i haven't used internet and next day i checks balance it was only left rs8.92 an mine rs50 was deducted without any reason and no message was sent by company(docomo) for balance deduction and next they deducted mine rs5 and on next day they deducted rs2 and on next day rs1 and this made mine balance rs.092
on all mine balance deductions i haven't received any message
and when i call customer care they say our server is down and call us after 4 hours.
this is mine problem and i m thinking to give up this docomo and switch on to other operator and i will warn that docomo is worth operator and their services are worst..
