[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

Tata DoCoMo — Deception by Tata Docomo - Cheating me

I migrated from Prepaid to Postpaid on my number- [protected], availing "Diet 299" plan.
The reason I did this was because the sales person at the Tata Docomo showroom in Viman Nagar, Next to HDFC Bank told me that, 3G Internet usage will be charged at 1p/10KB. I reconfirmed this from him several times, he kept assuring me the same,
After getting postpaid, I am told by Customer Service (121) that, the rate is not 1p/10KB but 10p/10KB. Which is 10 times the price.
I have been cheated & tricked into getting postpaid on Docomo. I demand to be compensated for the same

I am Anil. I am using Videocon no. [protected] since few months.

They deducted Rs.30 from my account last 1 month saying that i am registered for Shayri alerts.I have not registered for Shayri alerts or given an affirmation to any calls or sent any msgs. They automatically deduct the money from my account. I couldn't get customer care as it kept ringing/no tone/ busy. Now, videocon co. has deducted Rs.30 again and saying that the shayri alert has been renewed - again without my confirmation. The stupid part is, all the Shayri is so chip and hopeless. I never subscribed for any of these services.
So I want to add one sentence that government has decide for this type of cheat level of Co's like auto subscribe coz all mobile co. cheat like this and get lots of Rs. through auto subscribe within a day, and this is Co's income in thousand Rs. or in lacs of Rs. in a day.
And add one sentence that if videocon co. is deducting any Rs. without any of my instructions i will charged claim in thousand times because this is my rule and right, this my complaint and it is strictly noted.
I am holding a Tata Docomo connection since long time and this number has been registered with various sites due to which I do not currently want to change the same. Since last 2-3 months the service providers deduct my balance for some service or other which I have not activated due to which I have to call them again and again to get my balance refunded. I have told their representatives very clearly that I am getting harrassed and no such deductions should be made in future but all in vain.

Tata DoCoMo — suddenly disconnected service

Since last two days without informing my cell is discinnected.INcoming aswell as out going.Reason co gave me was document problem.And the same cell number I am using since last 2 years after porting it from MTNL.Docomo took More than two yrs to verify my document and than with informing suddenly my cell is disconnected. Atleast first they should have infromed or outgoing call should have been barred first.Some logical procedure should have been followed by the Co.Its very disgusting.Given the time constraint otherwise I would have draged the Co in the consumer court.

i have use tatadocomo prepaid card(GSM) early 2years,i have regular customer of tatadocomo,but my early ONE Month my GSM balance(talk time balance )have Deductet Rs 40 to 50
