[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

Dear Sir, iam Syed Barkath the customer of Tata docomo my No.is ([protected]) earlier I was using Reliance network because of the service and network issue I changed my operator through number portability. The first 3 month the service was really good but after that the service gone worst they used to deduct balance by activating useless plans. When ever I recharge my account with in one day the whole balance goes empty . If I called to the customer care they are not ready to accept that the fault is from their side many I request them for a refund of the amount but every time I got ignored by them. Some times they just the call by hearing the balance related query iSir I belongs to a lower middle class family and cant afford to recharge daily . I kindly request you to take neccessary action against them so that the same thing never happens again to me or. to anybody else

On 12th Jan'2012, I had activated Internet pack of Rs.5 with 50 MB free usage. At night 10pm my 17 MB usage was still left....& then I got an instant message as: Your Rs.10 has been deducted as Internet charges....
After that also I had my free usage left.

Please look into the matter soon and refund my balance.

My moblile has been stolen. my tata docomo no [protected] . please block this no as early as possible.

I am using MDN no. [protected] from march 2011. My balance is of appx. 93 rupees has been deducted and unwanted services has been activated on my number. Nothing has been explained how and who did this ???? I have called CC of Tata DOCOMO today afternoon around1 o clock and talked with anirudh your cc executive and he was failed to entertain me and reply my Queries. I want to know who is responsible of all these things. My money has been deducted form my account and i have full rights to ask for that

i Mr. Suhel Shaikh using docomo no. [protected] since many years. But this month i have not activated any call-a-tune then also my money is being deducted. Not only this month i have not activated call-a-tune anytime. So please refund my money as soon as possible because the amount in very low.
I have spoken to call center but they want to refund only Rs. 30/- but amount deducted is Rs. 80/-.

I not so rich to forget my amount. Rs. 50/- for me is like having 4 person 2 time meal my condition is money style is very bad. So i request to please please refund my amount soon.

When ever i used to recharge my mobile , you people always deduct my balance .. so, i recharge my mobile of rs. 10 where they deduct Rs.5 in same day . now, i have got fed up of this card. my mob. no. is [protected]. please , stop all this unnecessaries deduction without any permit..

Tata DoCoMo — rs 3 deducted

i have prepaid no [protected]. i activated the plan of rs 99(4gb)(gprs). when i tried to connect internet it was unable to connect so i called customer care and they said that you have insufficient balance you should have at least rs1 so i recharged for rs 16 in my account. and when i tried to connect internet it was connected but rs 3 was deducted from my balance. then i inserted the Sim into my another handset and connected internet the internet was connected but rs 3 was deducted again . i tried it again and again it was the same my balance was deducted by rs 3. when i called up the customer care they said i have sended some sms but it is surely false. i want my balance back in my account and there should be no deduction

Tata DoCoMo — robotic nature of customer care

It is very funny to note that my net payment could not be received by tata photo guys as their server was down. So I am getting punished, though i made another payment through internet immediately after getting to know about it. I wrote to CC and informed them about the payment (sent print screen of bank tansaction). But their response is that they cannot do anything till it reflect in their account; which means 4 days. I run my business from home and this connection is very critical for my business and revenue. when i try to ask for talking to someone who can give me answers, i am told that the seniors are not there. It has happened 4 times till now. All the cc call centre guys say is that they are sorry but cannot help. even the e-mail is a cut and paste of the sae template. There is no one who is concerned about my problem, though I have mentioned y problems in the mail to them.

Can anyone say how to get this resolved; what are the alternatives. My business is in services and i cannot do without net access.

Tata DoCoMo - GSM — balance deducted

yesterday i had rechrged my cell phone of ammount 125 Rs i got it, morning when i checked my balance it was showing me 0.18 paisa ,then i called customer care they said me i had ISD call @12.30am and because of thet my balance is dedcted by 109 Rs. custmor care executive also not supporting me .befor this day befor yesterday also my 50 RS got deducted and they saying i made ISD call @1.30am.i think this call may be happened by cross connection and i really needed by balnce back and once again i am able to call customer care only once in a day . every time after 1st call it was telling me that customer care executives are busy ........... i dont understand what is the problem ................please is some one is listening my complaint please help me out from this.
i m using tata photon high speed internet, paying rs.1200 for 10 GB for a month and almost its not working.when i took usb connection i was told dat it will receive speed of at least 3 mb per second.whenever i open google it said web page is not available and if it takes almost half an hour to open facebook page and take another half an hour to logout frm dat page.Daily i face this torture.even 2day.to write this complaint i spent my one and half hour to get connected properly to network.i m sick of this service.i m not livin in remote area, i m livin in main city of jodhpur.now i want to take some action against this cheater company, but i dont know procedure...plz suggest me if some1 know.my id is veveto.[protected]@gmail .com, i m ready 2 file a case in consumer court if possible.
yesterday my father noticed unusual loss of balance. when i checked the last 5 balance deduction, Rs120 had been deducted for so called Data Usage.
but the thing is that my father has a basic type of nokia 5030c-2 which does not have internet connectivity.
i checked the call register and the sent box in messaging, but found nothing from our side that caused the balance deduction.
thus, i request to refund the lost Rs.120 as soon as possible.
