[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

Tata DoCoMo — Prepaid Mobile connection

Dear Sir,

I had applied for a Tata Docomo prepaid connection. I got the connection with the number [protected] from one of the distributors of Tata Docomo.All the necessary documents was submitted at the time of taking the connection.

After 3 days the outgoing calls was barred by the service provider stating that the necessary documents have not been received.

I contacted the local distributor Jwaalamala in Jayanagar. The response I received was so poor and it was beyond any civilized manner.

I escalated this up to the service provider Tata Docomo, but after even after 8 days, no clear update has been provided by the service provider. I repeatedly receive the same mail stating that the documents and ID proof has not been received.

I would like to take a legal action in this matter and sue Tata Docomo for all the hardships that I have gone through.

Please any body can advice me for further legal action in this matter.
my 80 rs have been deducted in last 2-3 days.they first offered me an free call me tune for a month n before 1 month they deducted 40rs.and even before that 50 and 10 rs for data usage service.what data usage service, when i haven't subscribed for any data usage services why the hell are they deducting my balance.the service is pathetic and now when i', m trying to talk to a customer care executive they are telling that they are busy with some other customers so u can try it latter on ...whom the hell should i complain about this...its pathetic
docomo activated mirchi mobile service on my no [protected]. i dont want this service so i tried to deactivate it by dialing 155223 but there is no option to deactivate this service. it says there is no such service active on my number [protected]. docomo deduced my balance 20 rupees twice for such unwanted service.

Tata Docomo — Deduction without usage

Recently I have purchased a SIM No. [protected] . Just after activation , the balance showed 101. After sending 2 message , it showed Rs 84 and now showing Rs 27 without making a single call.

sir, my tata docomo number is [protected]. At my area there are no network of tata docomo but some day before i got tata network with vodafone network. In that period i went to near city where tata network was available. After coming from city i did not got tata network on my mobile set. i search network manually but not success and on mobile display this msg- NO Network access.
sir pls repair this problems and start my sim normally mode.

i am using tata docomo Internet pack Rs. 65 (2.5GB for 30days) but last 30 day tata docomo charge me every day 0.10 to 0.20 paise for Internet use. when i mail on tata docomo costumer-care he refund my balance but never give me answer about balance deduction. i cant save msg because he send me flash sms.
and every day he deduct my balance any time any amount. all emails and balance sms are save in my mail box.

I am also suffered from this type of situation .I had not acivate one service but they activated and.deduct my 20 ruppes they deduct one or two ruppes everyday .I lost.my 2
0 or25 ruppes .I said but they dont deactivate my service

this complaint is regarding my balance deduction in against of tata docomo communications.sir this is the worst telecommunication network i have ever seen . it is the most worst network of India.they have deducted many times a lot of rs from my account. some times the cut 100 sometimes...

dear Sir the last complaint is not solved yet.
New problem-i want to deactivate endless music pack. I tried to deactive by start/stop option but it is not helpful.
And whenever i recharge my mobile it deduct 2 rs everyday .when i check last three deduction it is showning rs 2.0 for data usg.but i have activate 11rs internet .why it is charging then?
Please solve this problem as early as possible so i can recharge my mobile .

But after some time i received a msg from TA-HUNVOC That your subscription to songbook has been renewed till 5/04/2012.you are charged rs 14 for 21 days.
But many i requested to deactivate this service .please help me otherwise i have to change docomo sim to any other service provider .
