I am writing to you after a poor service delivery experience of one of the store delivering your Brand product of Titan Eye+
I had recently purchase a specs for my wife from Titan Eye+ showroom in Kalayani Nagar, Pune. After the delivery of the specs though after a delayed response and I dropped to the store to tighten the specs after 4 or 5 days of delivery. When I handed over the specs to the store keeper he sent the same to fitter to tighten it. However after sometime he informed me that my specs got broken at the time of tightening it. Anyways he informed me that he replace it with a new frame. He said it will be delivered to me in couple of days time. But sorry to say I was informed for the delivery again after 15 days of my rigorous follow up. That to no service information from the said store. After receipt of confirmation that that the specs are ready I went to the store to pick it. On seeing my specs I was surprised to see that lens of the specs bear a scratch. When I said to store keeper how this happened he informed me it was there earlier.

As such I would request you to intervene in the matter and get my wife's specs replaced with the new ones, other wise I feel sorry to say that I will have to knock the doors of the consumer forum.
