I Swapnil Wadikar booked ticket for Chennai Hyderabad Indigo flight of 12th May. Trip ID is[protected], Airline Indigo(6E, )flight No. is 6E0302, Airline booking number is L4M6AH, No. of Booking 3persons.
Now I have CANCELLED my ticket directly from Indigo Counter on 6th of May. But the REFUNDABLE AMOUNT is not returns to my account after contacting to Indigo counter I got to know that the amount will be transferred to Travelocity account as I have booked tickets through it.
I have checked all the links and pages of Travelocity.co.in but there I didn’t get any link for cancellation.
I have tried travelocity custmer care number for many time but even after holding for 30 minutes its not answred by any custumer support team membeR.
I have even send two mails to the there custumer care Id but only system generated mails are replied no proper solution is given or answerd.

Travelocity — Harrassment by Travelocity and Charges for their mistake
This is in regards to Trip ID[protected]I had made a booking on 16th Dec 2009 for a New Delhi to Mumbai sector flight on Indigo Airlines.
I was using the Visa evoucher of Rs. 300 to make a booking, I got an error message twice before the booking finally went through. I had used one evoucher previously, when the booking failed for the first time, I used another evoucher and again the booking failed. However on the 3rd try the booking went through.
The next day I received an email saying that the booking has been canceled because I used 2 evouchers.
Previously, on 16th Dec itself, I had tried to make a booking in the morning, and I got an error message, the booking did not go through, yet my ICICI bank account was debited for Rs. 2640. (using user ID [protected]@gmail.com)
Even on 17th Dec, when I was making a booking, I received an error, no ticket was issued yet my account got debited for Rs. 2675 on Standard Chartered
They insist that I was my fault that I used 2 voucher (when I had used only one). Because of their website error I have to pay Rs. 1000/- and it clearly is not fault of mine. You can retrieve my calls made to the customer care number and check, your executives clearly told me that there is a problem with the website and hence these errors are occurring.
I have approached the customer care department on numerous occasions to get a suitable response and help me resolve the issue. But, none of it has helped.
So I escalated the matter to someone senior in the company and finally someone from Travelocity called me as again tried to tell me that it was my fault!
I am sick of this customer care department! they do not care for the customer!
I want to charge them Rs. 1000 each time my account was wrongly debited. Rs. 1000 for the fare difference that i had to bear because my ticket was cancelled. Rs. 1000 refund, and Rs. 10000 for the mental harassment!
If anyone knows the address of of Travelocity Head Office, please send it to me, i will send them an invoice!
