I booked a round trip ticket from Hyderabad to Saudi Arabia around 1.5 years back. The trip id is 97834669.
Unfortunately, we had to prepone the trip, hence we cancelled the ticket from Saudi to Hyderabad (one way).
When I called the customer care , they said that the refund for a partial cancellation takes a lot of time and sometimes it takes an year even.
I called up the customer care every 2 or 3 months to check the status in this last 1.7 years but in vain.
I talked to various customer care executives during this period of 1.6 months. They said they would follow up and get back to me with the status but they didnt. Around 2 months back when i called again, the executive said that the finance dept. was looking into it and the money would be credited to my account in 10 days. I called up 2 weeks back to know why the money has not yet been credited and this time a new guy said that he would take it up as a high priority and would let me know when the money would be credited ASAP. But as expected, he too didnt call.
Now I want the money to be credited to my account without any further delay. I also want no more excuses from them.
I have been patient till now and hoped that things would work out. But clearly this is not happening.
