Sir,

I have not yet received renewal notice for my annual premia of Rs.6000/-. Even after contacting your customer service at Bandra, I did not get positive response. I think premia is due for payment in December 2008. I fear that I may fail to pay premia before due date. Kindly send me a renewal notice immediately and also advise me maturity date for ulip. My investor ID is[protected] and cell no is [protected]. Membership no. is [protected].

Please repond immediately.

I had made a payment through online on 4th Jan'11 against the ULIP folio no. [protected]. I have not received the receipt either soft copy or hard copy.
