My UTI-ULIP Folio No. [protected], redeemed on 28/03/11, All documents i.e. redemption form duly filled up & signed, Signature verification form attested by SBI, Asst.Branch Manager, Bank pass book photocopy, pancard, cancelled cheque etc. are submitted to UTI Hyderabad (Madhapur). But they are just giving hopeless reply e.g. signature mismatch, Bank attestation of Asst.Mgr. not valid, Attestation of Mgr. & above requied etc.etc. Sir, please be informed that my email id, bank a/c no. & address is already registered with UTI. Even though, inspite of several mail, several complaint lodged they are just giving hopeless reply. Lastly reply i received is "please contact your nearest UTI branch.
