I would like to inform you that I have purchased ULIP in 05.03.2001 of Rs.7,500/- for 10 Years. Subsequently I have paid 7 instalment of Rs.7,500/- per year from 2001 to 2007 and I have applied for redemption of all units in the month of December, 2007 till date I have not received...

My UTI-ULIP Folio No. [protected], redeemed on 28/03/11, All documents i.e. redemption form duly filled up & signed, Signature verification form attested by SBI, Asst.Branch Manager, Bank pass book photocopy, pancard, cancelled cheque etc. are submitted to UTI Hyderabad (Madhapur). But they are just giving hopeless reply e.g. signature mismatch, Bank attestation of Asst.Mgr. not valid, Attestation of Mgr. & above requied etc.etc....

With reference to the above, I have to advise that I have applied for change address in the said ULIP plan as I have shifted from Kanpur to Lucknow. But regret to inform that my said reuest could not be done by UTI so far despite I have already deposited the necessary...

I have two UTI-ULIP with UTI. Two forms were submitted for the maturity proceeds at their office in Delhi.
Maturity proceeds of on has been recd. in the desired account. The other policy was due on 18.02.2010. All the original papers refund form were lodged with them, alongwith copy of a cheque, copy of passbook etc. The proceeds has not been recd. till date. In meanwhile the value of the unit has also come down, despite the index...

Pls look in to this matter & necessary action pls....

I had sent my policy UTI-ULIP for redemtion on august 04, 2009. On calling the toll free number, i came to know that my redemption notice is rejected due to signature mismatch. I have till date not received any intimation for the same. How can you expect me to have the same signature even after 10 years? And if that was the case i should have been informed so at the time of submission and not on enquiry. Now the NAV of the sme is changed....
