Non Receipt of Statement of Accounts in respect of Folio No: [protected] of Dr Vasala Sarojini Devi. Request for Statement of Accounts and updatipon of renewal contribution, the 10th instakllment of which paid for the year 2010 on[protected] at Karvy cOMPUTER Sphere Pvt Ltd, registered and transfer agent for UTI MutuL fUND at its Berhampur(Ganjam) Orissa Branch.
I am not getting my account statement nor premium due notices. - Investor ID no .[protected]. please send it in my e-mail address [protected]@rediffmail.com
My UTI ULIP Folio No [protected] was credited the 13th renewal premiun through on line and the reference code was given as ULFYA[protected] by the UTI. Though my account was debited with Rs.5000/- the same was not credited to mu ULIP account.
