MY COMPLAIN IS THAT I HAD DEPOSITED Rs4000/= AT AXIS BANK, SHAMBAZAR BRANCH(KOLKATA) ON 03/01/2008 AS 8TH NO ISTALMENT FOR ULIP(FOLIO NO;-[protected]) BY CASH. I too am facing similar porblem

My ULIP term is due for maturity.

Now they have given me a statement saying that two installements in year 2006 and 2007 were not paid. whereas I have been paying the installments regularly.
