[Resolved]  UTI-ULIP — Maturity proceeds of the policy not recd.

I have two UTI-ULIP with UTI. Two forms were submitted for the maturity proceeds at their office in Delhi.
Maturity proceeds of on has been recd. in the desired account. The other policy was due on 18.02.2010. All the original papers refund form were lodged with them, alongwith copy of a cheque, copy of passbook etc. The proceeds has not been recd. till date. In meanwhile the value of the unit has also come down, despite the index going up. Only God knows what is basis of their valuation of the units. Ther is no information from the UTI why the claim has not been honoured. Can we get a reply. Since the value has come down, at present i am not willing to get encashment.
