[Resolved]  Vasanth & Co — about delay in delivering the product

One of the worst customer care service Vasanth & Co has, i paid full cash for a fridge on1st jan 09, but till today i did not receive it. on the day of booking i was today thi will be delivered on 3rd jan, when i went to Tambaram Vasanth & Co where i placed the order i was asked for what model, what colour & other details, wondering how could they take an order for delivery without even knowing these details.
hell with Vasanth & Co. Planning to launch a complient in consumer court to get back my money...

Hi

I am the regular customer of vasanth&co. Recently i have purchased Washing machine with stand, Iron box and Television with TV Stand.
I paid the amount in Choolaimedu vasanth & co branch for TV and TV stand and till today they didnot delivery me properly. they are torturing like anything that they will say today or tomorrow.

To make us to buy the product, they told me that along with the product as a gift of travel bag and win and scratch card will provide. But still they are not providing all those...

I mention one of the staff of choolaimedu branch vasanth&co is Mr.Kuppuraj, who is not responding properly. Even i couldn't complaint to the head office of vasanth&co.

please consider my complaints and do the needful.

No 1 Worst service in chennai is tambaram vasanth and co.
i think there is no responsible person in the shop to get the work done.there is no place to complaint all about this..
until they get the money from the customer they are behave properly once the bill is made behave badly.

i took split a.c and i have benn walking to the shop for 3 days they said stock is available after billing they say strock is not available we need to get it from some other branch..
till the product is not delivered..today is 4 th day.

Vivek &co service — Split A/C Service not done properly

I was bought Split A/c At vivek& co at vadapalani april 2008.After one year waranty pried completed.May 2009 the A/C was not working .colling effect is very low.Temp is maintained at 30 degree.They are acepting my complaint .raise the job no also.We are specified sunday only we are in house, you will come sunday for service.but they are sending persons saterday.they told house is locked.after the we are following no body come on sunday.we are waiting for sunday, monday, tuesday.Wendnesday two persons coming checking the ac.A/C capaciter was failed.you will change the capaciter they told us.Today is 13th may there is no shop in city because today is parliment election.Tomorrow will come and change the capaciter, They accepting buy the capaciter.After that there is no persons coming for service.We are somany time tried .finaly i was informed you are solve this problem before sunday. we will take this issue to consumer court.Finaly they are not attending the problem.We will arrange out side persons we are changed capaciter.I wish to take action on Vivek& co service

Dear sir, I was paid Rs.11, 400 for Whirl pool 200 litters refridgerator on 16.08.2009 at nearly 12.15 Pm. the Branch Manager of VASANTH & CO, USMAN ROAD BRANCH, T NAGAR, CHENNAI-17. told me it will delivered at your home on 17.08.2009. at 6.30 pm Till now (19.08.2009) they are not deliver fridge .Several times i was made a calls but they are refuse to speak and they are not to say when it will deliver.

Please consider my complaint and do the necessary arrangement this mony is very hard earnd mony.

Yes i read the above written complaints by consumers and i agree that Vasanth @ Co. have grown so big that they do not care about customers. They try to get the customer's money first and then dont deliver the product within time and also do not answer the phone and queries after the payment is made. The only way to contact them is to go there corporate office at Saidapet and wait to meet the Managing Director and only after that delivery or any other after sales service is made. All the branches are the same and all talk in the same manner and deal in the same manner. The only difference is the corporate office which listens to the customer and cares a little about its prestige in the market otherwise Vivek and Co. is the best in comparison to Customer Care after sales. Want to buy a product dont buy it at Vasanth and Co.

I have purchased whirlpool washing machine in vasanth and co cumbum branch i have paid full amount 14300rs even though i paid full amount i did not get the washing machine i take this prb towards madurai, chennai branch they are also not properly answer for delayed delivery

Vasanth & Co (Tambaram) is one of the worst guys I've ever dealt with. Had a pathetic experience two days back when I purchased an air-conditioner. I certainly won't recommend these guys.

Hi Vasanthakumar, please do not try to fool around the people by taking their money and cheating without delivering the products.
please have a look at your shop that is loacted at Tambaram, try to dial the no.:[protected] or[protected] & see if you could talk to anyone; the salesman who made me to invest Rs.15200 on 6th April 2010 with the promise that the Window AC (1.0 Ton, VOLTAS) would be delivered in one or two days max is not reachable in his mobile phone, he neither attends the call nor switch on the phone.

but till date i could not reach them via phone call & do not get any response when we visit this shop. God knows if i lost the money to the Goondas.

please do not mix politics with business...you will keep showing your hand with your smiling face but customer will start slapping at your face or show their single finger to you after sometimes.

you may better start a chit funds or any other extra-ordinary business which would fetch you good money rather than spoiling the public with these consumer good sales business.

Vasanth & Co Poor Response

I have bought LG "LSA5AB2VT1" 3 STAR Split A/C in Vasanth & Co, North Usman road branch on[protected]. They said that they will deliver the a/c by[protected] when I booked the A/C. As they said they delivered the A/c. There was no response when i calling them. I tried their phone number. They cut the call. I was irritated with their poor service.

This is Ramkumar from Chennai. Plz never ever buy anything from Vasanth & Co and of course, do not pay the full amount. Pay as minimum as possible.

I ordered an A.C of LG make and Mr.Suresh (son of a ) +91 [protected] from Vasanth & Co promised me that the unit will be delievered 2pm and Mr. Manoharan from LG assured me that the unit will be installed before 5pm the same day.

But as usual, Vasanth & Co delayed by 2 days and ultimately it delayed the installation process and LG use the opportunity and delayed another 3 days from their side.

I have bought the SAMSUNG 6.2 kg washing machine, they delivered late and provided the mismatched stand, i have taken the stand to vasanth & co north usman road again they provided the wrong one. i could use the machine when they provided the right one after a week.

I completely agree with the above comments on Customer service at Vasanth & Co. Their after sales service is not only poor but truly unprofessional. I had purchased a Samsung refrigerator on 23rd Dec and was told that it will be delivered the same day which they did. But they just delivered the product and told that people from Samsung will come and fix it. This was not informed to me when i purchased the product and now i have been calling them since to get the people fix me the product.

The slaes person got angry at me when i kept calling him and asked me to fix it myself. They have crossed all limits of worst service. Now i have a fridge lying in my home which i have not been using for two days.

My suggestion is that you can buy products from Vasanth & Co at a better price than other shops but DONT expect any after sales service and be prepared for a long delay in delivering the product/service.

VIVEKS / REFRIGERATOR — FREE BIG TV

I BOUGHT A FRIDGE FROM VIVEKS, THEY GIVEN ONE BIG TV SCRATCH CARD FOR FREE GIFT ON JANUARY 26TH. I HAVE TO REGISTERED ON 27TH JANUARY. BUT THE VIVEKS PERSON SAID THAT, I AM NOT REGISTERD FOR THE BIG TV, NOW HE SAID THE OFFER WAS CLOSE. SO PLS CLEAR ME THE REGISTERATION WAS DONE OR NOT, BECAUSE I REGISTERED AND CONFIRM CALL ITS CAME ON NEXT DAY.

Poor Customer Service - Vasanth & CO - Give false story to cheat

one of the worst business experience with Vasanth&Co. I have purchased the Samsung LED TV and paid the required amount. The sales executive said the product will be deliver within two days, since they hsve the product in warehouse. unfortunately i did receive the product until today (10 days) and i have not be communicated what happen to the delivery status and each time when i call they will tell some story (we missed the bill, boys gone for delivery, we will check the status etc ) to cheat. There is no concept of customer service experience in the shop. I don't have option to select poor, else i would have choose that. Think before you do business with them. Now i scared of after sales service as well :-(. I wish you to find a good shop. So i am one more unhappy guy, following up these guys paying my money... I hope this would useful to others.. Now i don't no where to register this complaint..

I have booked a refrigerator on 10-May-2011 at Adyar Vasanth & Co. After 3 days they delivered a damaged one. I sent it back and asked for a new one. They promised me to deliver on 18th; but didn't do so. When I went there to enquire about it, they didn't focus on answering the questions. They are just telling 'we have more deliveries and no vehicles to deliver'.. blah.. blah.. blah... I wonder that they can't find a single vehicle for delivery in the 4th biggest metro in India!
When I enquired about the delivery on 19th morning, they said the person who is taking care of LG products is on leave for 3 days. So we will deliver you tonight. I went there at 9 PM since they didn't deliver, they told me that the product is just arrived. They used to lie to the customers!
There is no customer service and no trust.
Bottom line: DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING AT VASANTH & CO, ADYAR, CHENNAI

within 1 day delivered the product in my house. 13-july - 2011
I surpriced . what a workman ship . Realy good .. Realy good... price also comfortable compare with vivek & co

Bottom line:- I SUGGEST DEAL WITH dealMYLAPORE VASANTH & CO BRANCH .
(but Showroom look like gudown. But nice deal . good workman ship & good product, compartable price. Good timing delivery)

I am a good customer with bad, worst dono hw to express my feel. I agree with all above complaints. I have booked a home theatre. I was told that it will be delivered in 2 days. I am following them up since then. Not even a single call made as FOLLOW UP. I have paid advance but still no proper response. Terribly frustrating customer care. Very Strange attititude of salesman. If you raise voice for the delay of goods, they raise voice on you. Dont ever recommend VASANTH & CO to ur friends.. maybe a good place for ur enemies to get tortured :-p
