[Resolved]  Vasanth & Co — about delay in delivering the product

Very poor customer care in vasanth & co. Contact-[protected],
I BOOKED LG TV on 28th, they told delivery on 28th . But still i didnt get.

They dont pick up the call, Please help me.

I bought Air Cooler and they delivered a faulty product where the fan itself not running on day zero. Since I poured water they did not replace the product. After a week somehow Co. came to limelight for service and they said no spares are available now, It will take another week. I'm asking myself repeatedly, 'Why did I buy an aircooler in Vasanth & Co.?'

I Purchased the washing machine from vasanth & co on trade center last sunday, i have paid full cash. they informed that it will be delivered in 1 working day, still i have not received my product, i called customer service helpline number they have provided two useless number where they are not picking the phone ([protected] & [protected]), again called helpline they informed that they are not aware of it they have to check with that number, so normally i have wasted my time by talking to them.

I paid the amount in Saidapet vasanth & co 10 days back for Washing Machine and till today they didnot delivery me. Tthey will say today or tomorrow.


When I paid amount they told me that within one day delivery but till today they didnot delivery the product.

Vasanth is very Worst company (There is no other word )is seeing in my life. So don’t buy anything from them.

There is no responseble person from Vasath.

I purchased a Preethi mixie on 13-11-12 from your kolathur branch, and the response from your showroom was very poor. The customer service i experienced there was very bad from the manager of that particular showroom, he was very irresponsible about the product, and customer handling is very bad, please look over this. Because of this you might loose many customers.

I have purchased Haier Washing Machine from Padi Vasanth and Co. They are not responding properly after receiving the payment. I paid through credit card and my money got fully transferred from my account. Now they keep telling i will get today and always they reply the same. I paid the amount in Chennai trade centre Vasanth & Co 4 days back for Onida A/ C ( 1.5 ton ) wall mounted and till today they did not delivery me. There is no response from the person

When I paid amount they told me that within one day delivery but till today they didnot delivery the product.
