Dear videocon customer care,
I lounch a complaints in cutomer care regarding relocate my D2H system coz im siffted my room my customer id is:2513313 & complaint no is:14935439 In spite of calling them 5 or 6 times daily, they keep telling their technicians or engineer will come but nobody has turned up as When I asked for the nearest service centre address and number, they refused. I asked the Engineer's number. Again they refused. It is more than 10 days since the complaint but the call centre is now avoiding picking up my calls.I don't know what to do. Maybe I should dump the dish at the shop from where I purchased of file a case in the consumer court.Very frustrated if my problem not resolved i going to consumer court.

      last month i bought videocon d2h sateliite box....d engineers who came at my place wer so uncooperative...they kept the box on d floor itself and went without even my full satisfaction n without my signatures on the form....and since then i havnt recieved any sort of demo or a phne call frm d videocon company ......
      my d2h services is not workin frpm the last 3 days i have tried the customer care no so many times all the tym it is busy ..after tryn so many times i finally got through ...their executive said vll fix it within 24 hours ...but still it is not workin...nor did they send any engineer....videocon d2h has the worst customer service....i wud lyk to tel everyone dat plzz dnt commit d same mistake as i did....thanku

      I agree with this. The customer service of d2h is pathetic. Even I am also suffering from the same. I have a d2h videocon. Videocon claims that d2h model 5002 has a 5.1 Ch output but thereon technician who had come to instal the DTH said that he had not seen the 5.1 ch output till date.
      Because the company claims that 5.1 ch output is present I bought a new speakers of 5.1 Ch. But unable to use them.
      Friends I am feeling helpless. If anyone has any suggestion to sort them out please mail me at [protected]@rediffmail.com.

      I am aprox 35days old coustomer of d2h id no 23851952 from Lalitpur (up) since the installation it worked only 4-5 days.I made no of complaint to local representative as well as toll free no but nothing response. They tell me that their engineer will solve the problem within 24-48 hrs and provide me complaint no but till now nothing happen.

      I am Goutam Chatterjee, a Videocon d2h user. My customer ID is 11982986. My hardship began after enjoying a fantastic service for a couple of months. During the last three months I could not watch several channels on the proper no. even some channels are missing in my service. Suppose Setmax channel should come in 201. But PTC Punjabi is here. Sports channels should start at 401, but there is Doordarshan. There is no presence of Natgeo, Discovery, Animal Planet etc. In cartoon channels position there is other channel.
      After a tight day schedule when I switch on the TV, if this kind of disgusted service is faced then what should a customer do?

      I contacted your customer representative a several times. I did everything what they advised me to do. But all were in vein. Whenever I contacted them they assured me that this would be recovered asap and everything would be ok in future as they registered my problem. They also told that if problem persists the will sen a service engineer to check my set top box. But things did not change for the last three months. As a result I degraded my package from New Diamond to Gold Pack. If I cannot see the channels then what is the use to spend Rs. 300/- every month.

      I want to make it clear that if this kind of things will continue, then I will change my mind to shift another service.

      Hope for the best to come out from the nightmare of my current service.

      My customer ID 29148118 & my complaint no is 5346607 .dated on 2 sep 2011 and after that they did not give any complain for the same.

      My videocon d2h is not working showing Technical error message every after 4 to 5 Hours like E16--4, E30-4. Because of this issue I called to customer care no. so many times but all the time its busy ..after a long times i finally got through ...their executive (Mr chetan / Gaurav / Dhanushri )said we will fix it with in 24-48 hours ...but problem was still persist.

      I want to make it clear that if this kind of things will continue, then I will change my mind to shift another service and i want my money back which i refill recently for whole year.

      Hope for the best to come out from the nightmare of my current service.

      I thought it’s the best service but now I am thinking that my assumption was wrong & this is the worst service which I have seen ever in DTH services. If my problem will not sort out tomorrow then i'll move to consumer court.

      If videocon really wants to create good impression in this competetive world they really need to improve service also hire people who can do better branding of videocon.

      From last 6 days i am continuously calling to the customer care but every time they say the same thing our system is down and We cant resolve your problem right know also not giving the complain number, as per them the problem will be solved in 5 hours every time i call.but till date not unsolved.
      My plan are zee family pack, Sab happy pack, Asianet hd, Asianet Movies, Aisanet Plus, Surya music and Star Value pack. And i can only view zee pack and sab happy pack All other pack is showing E16-4 error code and the channel is not subscribe and not part of VIDEOCON.

        I have two videocon d2h connections bearing ID numbers 13054860 and 78054010 respectively. These connections are recent. I had excellent service for about a week, but thereafter some channels like the Movie, GEC and Lifestyle have been giving problems. Whenever I try to see these channels a message stating 'poor satellite signal' is flased on the screen. However, no such signal is flashed for other channels. I've requested the mechanic who installed the service to rectify on mobile Nos [protected] & [protected]. these representatives of the company have only given assurances but have not bothered to act on the request. My I request immediate action. Thank you.

They asked to pay this amonut in the nearest ICICI bank in Swapan Chowdhury (ICICI A/C no.[protected] Kolkata branch. I deposited this amount through ICICI bank on 29th June, 2010. I immediately fax the deposite receipt to this number[protected] .but yesterday i got the msg that my payment was failed and you once again pay on online, how is it possible because after payment i confirmed that. . I send sms about my payment. There is no response. Today www. videocond2hdish.com web page is not working. Please help me in this regard. i lost my money. please help.               मेरे साथ भी बिलकुल ऐसा ही हुआ है लेकिन मैने पैसा जमा नहीं किया। मैं बच गया। मेरे ख्‍याल से वीडियोकोन वाले इन जालसाजों से मिले हुये हैं तभी तो कोई कार्यवाही नहीं कर रहे हैं। जिसके नाम पर कोई जालसाजी करे और इतनी बडी कम्‍पनी की बदनामी हो और वह कम्‍पनी कार्यवाही न करे ऐसा भी कहीं मुमकिन है।

                This is to inform you about the harassment we have faced from your oganization VideoconD2H till date. Dated 10.6.2010 we had registered a request for disconnection from our old location and reconnection at our present new location. An engineer/technician from your side was supposed to call up and fix an appointment within 24 hours (as stated by the customer Service Executive). No call was received within 24 hrs. A technician called up on the 4/5 th day after logging the complaint. He was supposed to come on 20th June but he didn't turn up on 20th and we didn't get any calls or visit since.The complaint as I understand is still open. However when I inquired today about the status of the complaint I was said that they have been deducting money from my account because they have "assumed" that we are still using their service. Till date we have not got the transfer we requested for.
                Never expected this kind of service/harassment from a reknowned company like Videocon.

                I am trying to call the customer care executive from last 3 days because i want to shift my dish from one place to another.
                i tried to call on all the 3 numbers that are provided:

                but i think all these lines are either disconnected or not available.
                when i called today in the afternoon the executive told me to do the recharge of 600/- and then call me, i did the recharge but now the phone is not connecting, and I am shifting to my new house tomorrow...
                Now tell me What to do?????
                as you people say these numbers are available 24/7, but i dont think so...

                Please do revert at earliest...

                    On 27.01.2010, I procured the cable connection of videocon D2H. My customer Id is 3904460. There after it was working well till 14.06.2010. Trouble started on 15.06.2010. Receiption was bad and picture was getting crumbled. Immediately I made the complaint and the details of complaint was as follows:-

                    * Complaint made on 15.06.2010 to call center at 21.26 on your toll free number.
                    * Assured to correct the problem with in 2 hours time.
                    * I requested to attend the same as agreed since I wanted to view the world cup football match.
                    BY this time reception is completely stopped.
                    * Contacted toll free service number after 2 hours.
                    * Assured service with in another 2 hours.
                    * Next day morning - no reception
                    * Contacted toll free number for help
                    * He instructed some steps to correct the channels
                    * Followed the same....
                    * No result
                    * Informed by your service person that the problem will be solved by the your service engineer and complaint is registered by him.
                    * Complaint No: 14124343 and informed me that computer is giving date of 27.06.2010 and I am booking it. But service engineer will definitely visit tomorrow and service will be restarted.
                    * On 16.06.2010 received one SMS showing the complaint is lodged.
                    Today (24.06.2010) I received a call from their service centre and told that they tried my phone number for the last two days and it was not reached. Also they are claiming that they visited my house and it was locked. There was no problem with my mobile phone and I received everybody's call on these days. Also interesting thing is that they got my number for giving an excuse and extend their commitment date. Later on I received an SMS that my complaint has been registered and their technician will visit on 10.07.2010 between 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm as scheduled by Videocon D2H.

                    I am terribly under stress since big events like Football world cup, Cricket Asia cup etc are going on and I am not in a position to view the same. These events are taking place after certain years hence what I am missing during this period is a total loss. The mistake I committed is trusting a big brand which is not giving proper after sales service. The service provider taking the undue advantage of the fact that since I have already invested in their product, no way I will not move easily out of his service.

                    By giving one excuse or another they are simply purchasing time and treating the consumer like nothing.
                    Please help me get justice and timely service. Also request to move the court to define the timeliness in giving service to consummers of such product. The essence of these products is to know the things in time and get amended on timely basis. If the service provider is not attend the complaint in time they should be penalised so that they will give importance to the consumer complaint.

                    Please help me get out of this stress on account of helplessness and getting fooled by big brand for which I have paid in advance.

                    Videocon D2H — Videocon d2h - Not attending complaint

                    I am facing the Blank screen for past 9 days. I am fed up with following it up and the kind of response I am getting. I tried to contact even their Nodal officer but their is no response from Nodal officer even after the repeated reminders. Below is the mail communication which is only one way because I never recieved any response from either Videocon customer care of their high officials.

My services are blocked for last 1 week for which I have already paid and I cant hope for any refund for that period. I dont want to continue this non availability of service till Sunday. I am truly disappointed with the post sales service I am gettting from your side. With this way of disappointing post sales service no customer can be satisfied and atleast I cant recomend this product to my friends. I have always co operated with you, I have given a follow up call only after the resolution time is over. I also hope for a same co operation and support from your side. I hope a quick and responsible action from your side which I didnt find in your call centre executives. I am mentioning my contact number below, you can call me and discuss this anytime you want.

                      I purchased Videocon DTH 6 months back. My customer ID is 1407326. My Videocon DTH has a problem since the 12th of this month. My complaint number was 14010316. They promised to send a technician after ONE WEEK. When no one came on 19th, I complained and I got another number[protected]. In spite of calling them umpteen times daily, they keep telling, their technicians or engineer will come but nobody has turned up as of today ie 23rd June 2010. But yesterday I received one more SMS stating that the complaint 14288989 has been successfully resolved.
                      When I ask for the nearest service centre address and number, they refused. I asked the Engineer's number. Again they refused. It is more than 10 days since I complained but the call centre is now avoiding picking up my calls from my number. But if I call from a PCO they attend the call. I find it strange that a big brand like Videocon has these sub-standard staff and after sales services.

                      From 12th to today the 23rd, I have spoken to Arun, Nazakhat, Pawan, PUNIT, Jaya, MUZZAMIL, Sarika, Adnan & RAVINDRA. (The names in capitals were introduced to me as Floor Supervisors). Everybody said that they are raising a complaint against the (non-existing) engineer and escalating it. The Floor Supervisors promised me that their word can be relied upon. But nothing has happened. Purchasing a renewed Brand Videocon product has been my biggest mistake in life.

                      Maybe I should dump the dish at the shop from where I purchased or file a case in the consumer court.I am a very frustrated, unhappy, stressed, angry, irritated and confused customer.

                        I received a sms from TM-D2H/[protected] that my mobile no. has been selected in lucky draw and I have won a Videocon DTH. I was told to regiester my address and mobile no. at http://www.d2hvideocon.com to get the gift. After registering I again received a sms to log in the site for getting the gift. There they have told me to deposit Customer Service Tax of Rs.440 in the account of Mr.Anant Narvayay Jha Account Number [protected] of Syndicate Bank whom they have introduced as D2H VIDEOCON Senior Executive From Mumbai Branch office. I am sure this person is a fraud and is trying to make money by misusing the name of Videocon. Following is the copy of the instruction in the website:

                          I have purchased one videocon Flat Tv in Dec-2009 . i am facing the channel disturbence problem in the tv almost every month , i have to call the videocon customer care for repare . My tv losts all channels automatically even then it is properly shutoff . its database got disturbed and the person form Videocon comes and repairs in 2 mins . i asked him to tell me the feature ,so that i can also correct the problem.But he always denied and after some days i have to call him again . Since My tv is in warrenty this service is free ,but after one year they will start charging for this technical manufacturing defect from videocon . Pl help me , i have some months warrenty left .
                          i am too much frustrated from this TV , as when i have time to watch tv, it becomes out of order. i am not satisfied with videocon's service and product .

                            hello sir.

                            i had purchased a videocon d2h satellite box 1001 on[protected].
                            my custmer id number is 12375518

                            then there was a problem occured(no power supply) in satellite box on 13 june 2010. then after 2 days there engineer visit and rectify the problem.

                            but at next morning(i.e.[protected] the box had faced the same power supply problem.

                            i complained again at customer care then the engineer visit in 2 days and again repair the box.

                            but now today( 22 june 2010) there is again fault occurred in box( no signal)
                            hence i call customer care and they told the engineer will visit before 28 june...
                            when i argue them to send the engineer early hence box is faulty thrice in 2 weeks den they disconnected the call twice........
                            the behavior of their call center executive are highly professional.

                            so, i am fed up with the service of videocon d2h in alll the manner..
                            in their product, their call center and also their poor service......

                            i told them to replace my satellite box but they denied.
                            so i dont want to carry on with same repaired setellite box.i just want to replace my box.

                            please resolve my problem as soon as possible...

                            I have purchased Videocon D2h on March 1 2010. Now they are having some technical problem. I called customer care and spoke with Susan and i requested her to register my complaints. But the rep was disconnected my line. It is very very worst service. I am going to buy another D2h from Airtel. My suggestion is "Dont try to buy the videocon d2h". DVD player also not working on the set of box. My Videocon D2h customer ID 9975016

                              I cannot view any channels using D2H, I keep getting error every time.Since the time I have bought this satellite box I've been facing lot of problems.
                              1st time something went wrong inside the box and it stopped working
                              2nd time we had to change the entire board of the satellite box, We used to get electric current to that box and it kept upgrading every day (complaint no[protected].
                              Now the new board is installed in the satellite box few days back but now we getting technical error every day.
                              I tried calling customer care, It says you are in the queue and your number is 14-15 but by the time it comes down to 1 call gets disconnected.
                              Spoke to the technician( complaint no[protected] who came to my house to replace the satellite box, he said issue is because of rains, However i have D2H in my parents house too but they are not facing any issue.
                              Today one of your executive visited my place when I was not at home. He gave me a call and said door is closed. When I told him should have called before coming he disconnected the call and left.. I tried calling him again but he didn't bother to answer and also this executive shows lot of attitude and keeps saying this is the worst satellite service and you better go for another one...

                              If videocon really wants to create good impression in this competetive world they really need to improve service also hire people who can do better branding of videocon.

                              My Complaint No. with Videocon is VAR[protected].
                              I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased an Electrolux A.C. from your dealer M/s. Khanna Radio & Sons Varanasi vide bill no. 53008 dated 25th May 2007, however for the beginning 2 years it worked very well but in 2009 it was not working properly and i made the complaint to your service center on 16th May 2009 where it was serviced by Lata Services, Varanasi where compressor was replaced and gas charging was done and delivered back to me on 09 June 2009 and was working properly but very soon it again started giving the same problem of not cooling properly and i made the second complaint to your service center on 01st July 2009 where it was serviced by Multi Product Services, Varanasi where compressor was again replaced and gas charging was done and delivered back to me and was working properly but now again the same problem is occurring of not cooling properly.

                              1.If your TV/product got damage.then you have to first made a complain in cust.care center which they take nearly more than 72 hrs to process your complaints to the respective nearest service center.from there a service man will come to your place after 4 to 5 days.after coming they told me that it cant be get repaired over here so we have to take to our service center.& they told us the respective estimated cost of particular damage.(400 rs + service charge(275)).& i have been told that it will take 3 to 4 days to repair.from there they took panel to their service center.After 5 days i went to the service center where they even didnt bother to help.seems like they are some government employs who is working in some government organisation where employs work less & rest more.work goes in a steady way.so after taking so much pain & visiting again n again daily to their office & making their complaint to customer care for so much daily.still they took nearly 15 days to repair it & finally they done the work but this time the estimated cost goes to 1800 rs.that is also they even didnt concern to me for the increment in damage cost.they have made the bill in such a by adding more component & other assosciated component.So that it makes me that they have taken a revenge from me.how can 1 tell us previously that you will be costing nearly400 rs for your damage.&later it got 1800.this is really a stupidity.now my trust on this company is gone.& in futurte i will never ever going to buy any product of this company.bcoz 1 thing each company should remember that if your services/quality will be good.consumer will also be good/happy to you. company.guys i beg you please dont buy any products of this company becoz i dnt wan any person who pays for quality/services & he/she doesnt get his rights & i dont wan anybody to suffer like me.because people in this world are very generous/mankind they hope for good.but it doesnt get.bloody company.

                              मला ८ जुन १६ पूर्वी recharge करण्याचे reminders येत आहेत. याबाबत सदर कंपनीच्या Customer Care कडे ७ जून १६ ला चौकशी केली तेव्हा तुमचा base pack हा Platinum HD असून आपण भरलेले ४८०० रु. हे ६ महिन्यासाठी होते असे त्यांनी कळवले.
                              आपला base pack बदलण्यासाठी त्यावेळी आमच्या प्रतिनिधीला सांगायला हवे होते असे Customer Care च्या प्रतिनिधींचे थातूर मातुर म्हणणे होते.

                              मी वरील पैसे भरण्यापूर्वी pack बदलू शकतो काय याची त्यांच्या Customer Care केली होती. Online पैसे भरताना Videocon DTH वरील वेब साईट वरील मार्गदर्शक सुचीप्रमाणे तसेच Paytm द्वारे त्यावर असणाऱ्या तपशिलांची खात्री करून पैसे भरलेले आहेत. अधिक दराच्या Platinum HD चे दर वेगळे असताना माझे पैसे सदर pack वर पैसे वळते करणे चुकीचे आहे. तसेच वर्षभराचे पैसे भरलेले असताना ६ महिन्यात recharge करा अथवा service खंडित करू असे alerts पाठवणे फसवणूक केल्यासारखे आहे.

                              मी माझी तक्रार Customer Care यांच्याकडे केली असून माझा त्यांच्याकडे तक्रार क्र. ३९८३७०३२२ असा असून आम्ही तपासणी १० जून पर्यंत करू असे त्यांच्याकडून कळलेले आहे.

                              1. My customer Id is[protected]. I have recharged on 9th Oct. 2015 for 12 months under Gold Sports package. When I have received an alert that I have to recharge again on 8th June. It is very disturbing when we chose a plan as per our requirement for a year and then your company ask us to recharge within 6 months.
                              2. When I have asked us for the reasons at Customer Care. They have given an explanation which I have contested and asked to do proper inquiry. Your representative have registered my complaint no.[protected] and assured that my complaint will be considered and would be solved till 10th June 2016 before 4 pm. Before resolving my complaint company have discontinued my service. It has been unexpected for 2 reasons. First one is I have paid for 12 months period and second is when I was in the process of seeking a justice from you the service was disconnected.

                                  My Name is Prashant. From last 2 days Videocon D2h box does not start. Process of software up gradation when we start set top box & software download upto 46 % & goes back to zero again. This process repeat n number of times. I have kept box on for entire day but no results.

                                  Getting call center number is a big issue. Upon getting Call center number, person says that set top box software downloads successfully after repeat process upto half an hour.

                                  Today they told me that then only can send the engineer on 17th June, before that it is not possible. Very bad service.

                                  Let the customer suffer attitude.

                                        Hello,

                                        I purchased one LCD TV from a distributer in Vadodara. The LCD is of your NORDMENDE brand. I purchased from MAYUR HOME APPLIANCES, KOTHI CHAR RASTA, BARODA-390001, GUJARAT, INDIA along with videocon d2h set top box. on 2/2/2010. My bill no. is 3912. I paid Rs 10000/- for the LCD and Rs 1800/- for d2h.

                                        My complain is since when i purchased the LCD i am facing the problem of screen resolution many times the images in Tv move up-down and creates disturbance in viewing channels. I gave this complain to local distributor he took my LCD for few days and told me now it is solved but there was same problem. I again gave the complain to local service station situatd at akota, vadodara. he kept my LCD for 15-20 days and told me that now it is done. but after attaching the LCD at my office the problem remains the same. I also tried to look out the problem with D2H. but it runs good with normal 15" TV. there is no solution for the problem even though i passed approx. 4 months with problematic LCD.

                                        The LCD is purchased in the name of GUJARAT FINANCIAL SERVICES, SF/25 SILVER ROCK,B/H MAKARPURA POLICE STATION, MAKARPURA, VADODARA-390010. CONTACT NO. [protected]

                                        Videocon — Poor after sales service

                                        I had bought videocon fully automatic washing machine last year(Oct 2008).
                                        Machine didnt work fine since the day 1.As an engineer i did make out the exact fault and registered the complaint.For 1 month there were 3-4 visits but all the persons who visited were highly untrained and didnt even have any idea about the product .After 2 months when the problem was not solved we requested the company to change the product but the company refused to do so and on the top of that the one engineer made the machine unusable.now we have moved to consumer court.PLEASE DONT BUY VIDEOCON PRODUCTS ...They are cheaters ...please dont get into their low pricing trap as the quality of most of the products are low and THERE IS NO AFTER SALES SERVICE.

                                        Even I have also faced the same problem and registered the complaint even with consumer care also.
                                        My d2h connection is not working from past 15 days and i have been calling customer care center since then and i am getting the same answer from there that &quot;their engineers will reach us within 24 hours&quot; and i am totally fed up of this and we haven&#039;t watched T.V. from last 15 days. I have got 2 connections of videocon d2h and none of them is working at all.
