Vodafone — post paid conversion
Sir I want to convert my post paid connection into pre paid connection. I have a voda fone connection with 199 rent per month. Whenever I tried for that I was told that it would not be possible.Now I am sending my request to TRI also.Please guide me for that. i am mukesh nigam my vodafone mobile prepaid no is [protected] and i have problem with vodafone prepaid i am receiving unwanted SMS from 123 no.last 8 month and deducted 15 rs.every month.
and i want deactivate this sms service.

Vodafone — Disturbing number!!!!
I always get a call at odd hours from this number-[protected]. When I ring back, I get to hear that I need to check the number.Did I take up the connection to be disturbed?Its highly ridiculous!!
Another thing is whenever I make a call at 56789 to change my caller tune, I get to hear that I'm not audible enough.This is done purposely to deduct money.
I know it is of no use complaining but atleast 10 people will read my complaint and will think 10 times before takinng up vodafone connection.
Vodafone — fake charge in bill
I have vodaphone cell no.[protected] i am using since 8 to 9 years now from 2 billing cycle they are chraging 30 rs. of std. scheme charges which is i am not activated so i complaint customer care service they r not giving me proper answere so what i do get back my 60. Rs. ?Vodafone — EXTRA CHARGED
DEAR SIR,I HAD A VODAFONE NO. [protected](DELHI). POSTPAID, PLAN ADVANCE RENTAL 998, TILL MARCH 2008. THEN I HAD REQUESTED TO VODAFONE TO DISCONNECT MY PH. NO. THEY HAD DISCONNECTED MY PH. NO. BUT WITH EXTRA AMOUNT OF 990 RS, THE AMOUNT FOR NEXT RENT OF YEAR, THAT I HAVE NOT TAKEN.THEY HAD DEDUCTED THAT EXTRA AMOUNT BY ECS FACILITY. SO PLS HELP ME TO GET MY 990 RS FROM VODAFONE. I HAD CONTACT TO VODAFONE STORE IN DWARKA REGARDING THIS, BUT TILL THE DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER.

Vodafone — Post paid card Barred
This is vishnu Vardhan reddy. I ahve taken vodafone postpaid card 10 days ago by submitting all the documents asks by the person who sold the card(Vodafone representative visiting my company). But my card is barred since 6 days. When i called the customer care and other persons who deal such things they are not giving me any solution since 6 days. If fact they are least responsible and are playing with customers by wasting time.I have visited nearest vodafone store and submitted my address as they said the address was not clear. then the card was activated for 6 hours and then disconnected.
What can i do ?

HeLLo..i dOnt know if compLaining heRe wiLL work or not. But if it does then hopefuLLy some action wiLL be taken againSt the company and if not now but in future Me or any other peRSon wiLL not have to face such a probLem.
i had imitaLLy been using a friends and famiLy scheme (they refer it to as Rs295 pLan) on My vodafone prepaid connectiOn. But did not feeL the need of this connection any more as it deducts Rs 7 as a weekLy rentaL for which i was provided reduced caLL rates.
That is to Vodafone Rs 0.50/minute, to other ceLLuLar companies in My network (DeLhi) Rs 1/minute, to LandLine Rs 1.99/minute, and aLL STD caLLs at Rs 2.75/minute.
But i couLd enjoy reduced caLLs rate to maximum of 5 mobiLe numbers, by registering it on friends and famiLy List, where My caLL rateS wud drop to, Rs 0.25/minute to Vodafone, Rs 0.50/minute to other companies LocaL (SeLected) mobiLe numbers & Rs 1/minute to STD (SeLected) mobiLe numbeRS..
And after 11p.m. My caLL rates wud drop to, Rs 0.10/minute to aLL LocaL Vodafone numbers, Rs 0.50/minute to any LocaL number & Rs 1.32/minute to aLL STD numbers.
This night charges wouLd not onLy appLy to the numbers seLected under friends and famiLy scheme.
And aLL sms at Rs 0.25/sms.
But on 29/06/2008 after conforming with the vodafone customer care that if i contest to Life time pLan, wiLL My deduction of weekLy rentaL stop, i was toLd yes it wouLd, as i was changing My pLan. But after switching My pLan i did get Life time vaLidity and My caLL charges changed (i.e. i couLd no Longer enjoy the services of friends and famiLy scheme) but they didn't stop deducting My weekLy rentaL. So i caLLed up the customer care and reported this probLem, where i was asked to go to a vodafone StoRe. Where after a Long wait of haLf an hour in the queue i got My token number, and after another hours wait My turn came, and after having toLd them the probLem, they said it wiLL be fixed within 48 hours.. i know 48 houRS are not yet over, but is it fair to charge you for a service you are not using, as i again Lost Rs. 7 today :-(
i know it isn't a big amount, but why shouLd any one pay for the services they are not aviaLing.
PLease see to it that you dont Lose your customers on such smaLL grounds.

Vodafone — Stinking customer service
The pathetic customer service Vodafone provides makes one wonder how this ompany can afford to call itself an MNC . Following are my complaints :1. Suddenly they stopped sending me itemised bill . Inspite of several reminders they will not send me the bill.
2. I cant check the bill details on the website . everything works fine except view bill. i[censored] click on this link, it does not connect
3. I tried calling their customer care . It says we cant process ur request .
I have no way of verifying my bill which continues to rise every month .
Is there some way to stop this massive fraud of Vodafone?

Dear Sir,I am using Vodaphone connection, in the last bill they have charged at international charges ( @Rs5/-)for sms, where as the bill clearly shows that sms was sent on local number .
On contacting them, they gave a plea that since "00" as prefix has been used for the local number that is why International charges are levied . This is quite absurd and illogical .
So please let me know how to proceed further on this as my repeated emails have not yielded any results .
Vodafone — Outgoing calls are barred.
I purchased vodafone number [protected] ten days ago. I also submitted all required documents on the same day. However, till date, I'm unable to call anybody, except disgraceful & disgusting customer care executives. They offer number of excuses like documents are not submitted, just switch off mobile & reinsert sim etc. I've tried this sim in another cellphone also but end result is same. What is worse, they didn't replied to my email complaint. MY SUGGESTION TO ALL PEOPLE, DON'T TRUST THIS CHEATER COMPANY.Vodafone — As per not active my plan

Jus one month back I converted my vodafone prepaid to postpaid with Corporate Full Value 199 Plan.. As per the specifications provided in the brochure and also said by the executive, the STD rates were to be charged @ Rs. 1.30 per minute but wen i saw my first bill.. the STD was charged @ Rs. 2 per minute.. and after complaining, I was told to send a msg to 56565 stating STD in caps.. I did that.. but a reply came that I'm not elegible for that rate.. now I dont understand wat to do wid this kind of service and there's no point in complaining to vodafone coz they dont revert back nor they r concerned abt this.. their main intentions were to sell the plan and overcharge the customer.. so they r doing it..!!
Jus write back if neone has a solution for this problem..

I'm working in mahindra finance in mumbai, and i applied post paid conncection last 15 days before and i submit all proof even i send my proof by fax, but still post paid is not activate. Also i'm not get proper responces.
Do something and reply me favour ASAP.

I have been trying to connect Bangalore vodafone mobile number from Delhi for the last two days but always get the message'the number you are trying can not be reached, please try later'
Vodafone — unwanted foolish deadly sms and calls.
from the time i have been the subscriber of vodafone, my life has become full o[censored]nwanted sms and calls and they are deadly also as you get a call when you are driving at 120kmph, and you take a risk to attend it and then find it is from vodafone, thats the moment when you really start hating vodafone, and it is also killing your pocket unnecessarily, i was at roaming and i was getting these unwanted calls continuously from different numbers. so plz do not give your subscribers punishment.
