I, kumar my number is [protected]. I recharged 420 which is an offer of 60 paise V2O and 40 paise V2V. Even after 24 hours of recharge there is no activation. The maintance of service is very bad.

Vodafone — Poor customer service equal to cheating a customers
Hi,I have been holding this( [protected]) number from last one year and im very sorry to inform u that i had very bad expirence with vodafone company.
I am currently in Mangalore and my complaint is all about the recharge of 132rs done as on the second week of May. Before the recharge it was said to me if I recharge with 132rs my call charges will be half the rates to my present tariff. The plan made me feel good so I went on it. But the problem rises when my validity gets lapsed on the 9th of June. Ju7st to carry forward my validity I again recharged with my common validity voucher that’s 253rs.Sudenlly after the recharge of 253 my plan got changed and 132 tariff got deactivated were it had 1 more month to go for the expiry. I was really upset and called up customer care to clear the matter. Here I had very bad experience talking to agents. The agents themselves where in big confussion.and made my to call nearly 5 to 6 times. Honestly speaking your all customer executive is unfit for the brand name like Vodafone.
They just don’t know how to talk to a customer. At the time of recharge it was said 132rs recharge has the validity of two months but it was not said to me if in case, if I recharge with certain amount the 132rs recharge will get deactivated. This disturbed me a lot. Over that customer executives where poor to help with dam attitude voice towards me. At the end I spoke to the senior manager on duty by name Glen and he was only the person who was help full to me. And I also like to inform u that this not the first time where I had very bad experience towards Vodafone. Speaking from heart I was very happy with my previous connection Airtel
I request u to take the concern seriously and solve as soon as possible. Before getting back to me makes sure my remaining validity on 132rs is given to me back which I deserve.

Vodafone — call in the middle of night
HI,I am writing this on behalf of my mother Gopa Chatterjee for getting calls in the middle of the night every day . Can this be stopped, I could not get any official site of vodaphone to write this complaint so I am writing this .
This is causing health hazard for my mother let me see how quickly vodaphone apologizes to her for the calls and assures her that she won't get such calls for the mobile +91-[protected].

I had make a Call to Airtel AP on 09-JUNE-08 21:25. But here Vodafone will chrge Rs.2/- from my Prepaid A/C, Here Airtel-AP & Vadafone-AP Customer are talk each other, I can only listen those conversation. Automatically 3 -Way Calling is done.
Complaint 2: Retrival of Last 5 Transations through SMS.
I will type FIVE and send that message to 56789 @ 09-JUNE-2008 22:05 for 1st Time and 09-JUNE-2008 22:35 for 2ndTime.
Complainint 3: Customer Care Satisfaction
Same-day i had make a call to customer care for 3 times and spoke to executive. They will reply to me "Wait for 30min ".
Till now (10-JUNE-2008 15:00) there is no reply.
I think no one can't wait for this much of time. Reversal Process is also not done through Customer Care.
Totally VADAFONE will cheat the Customer with the " Retrival of Last 5 Transactions through SMS" offer.

Hello, my name is Ranjit [protected] ( goa )I am very unhappy with the Vodafone service provider ( 111 ) .I got a message from Vodafone on 19 may 2008 regarding 295 plan. The plan insisted lifetime validity + 250 talk time + 250 local sms free. But i got lifetime validity + 250 talk time but i didn't got sms free .I repeatedly called the customer care and asked to rectify the mistake i spoke to Deelip, Aswini, Suresh S Shinde, Waseem parkar (pune vadafone) & many more executives .But this people twisted me to very possible way, telling me to hold the line & not attending to the line nearly 20 minutes this is been done by other way too by telling me that we are transferring the call to the senior people without any work getting done, this are common answers am getting for the past two weeks my complaint number being 47275754 for the first time & it went on changing. I want the respective persons to take proper action and do rectify the same. Am very annoyed in this matter. i want to know when i'll be getting my free local sms? after accepting the vadafone offer sms now it is nearly 25 days.
I want to know the purpose of Vodafone Customer Care Centre’s kept across the country. Is it to fool the Customers and to collect revenue for the company only?
Why Vodafone Customer Care Department which is having an international Brand image doesn’t train the Customer Care Centre Executives how to behave with the customers?
I want to know why the executives are not been provided with the information that the customers really require at the time of problems rather than being cheating by telling that we will now transferring the cal to senior for the clarification.

The problem not only waste my Rs. 2/ Meesage to get the detail but also spoil my relationship with my clients. friends and family members. They often complain me about keeping my cell off or out of coverage area.

I Pratap Bhandari having and using your Prepaid Hutch (now Vadafone) since 5 years and a regular customer of your company as well as regular seller of the Easy Recharge and Currency. This is to inform to you that to my surprise yesterday night I got a message from Vadafone saying that callertune has been activated on my no. and Rs. 30/- has been deducted from my balance, which i did not wanted and never requested to vadafone.
Then I called to customer care(time is between 10:00 PM - 11:30 PM night on 18-June-2008), which was busy as usual, later after trying for half an hour i got the line and spoke to some of your Customer Care Executive Mr. Jitendra ( as told to me). To my surprise he told me that he can not take a complaint of this as this is a E-Recharge No. and I have to call my distributor, then I requested that this is not and E-Recharge Matter, This is a matter of my own that I got caller tune acetivated on my no. without asking me and without my request.
Then Mr. Jitendra told me that why i am using Vadafone SIM, i should through it and take another Connection, which i never expected from a Customer care Executive, Then I shouted and asked him to take down my complaint in reply of which he used some very bad words, and told me that he will not take down the complaint saying that I am free to do what i can, which i never expected. and disconnedted the call.
I am surprised that a company like Vadafone has kept person like Mr. Jitendra in Customer Care Dept.
Then again I called and spoke to Mr. Manjunath and registered a complaint of caller tune activation without my request and and i got a complaint no.[protected] and then I asked mr. Manjunath to register a complaint of misbehavior of a customer care executive then he put me on hold for 1 min. and again told me that he cannot take a such complaint then i asked him to transfer my call to higher depatment, which he followed and about being on line for 20 min. no one came on the line from any higher authority.
and to my surprise till morning no action was taken on my complaint.
If the Customer care Dept. does not believe me you can listen to the recorded message of the conversation from the IVRS System. Then i again called again and some executive picked up the call and before telling the matter to him I asked him his name then he told that I have to call after half hour to get his name and disconnected the line.
I humbly request to Customer Care Department to disable the Caller tune from my no. and refund my amount to me and take some necessry action against such Executive like Mr. Jitendra.
Or else I have to take necessary action against this in Consumer Forum.
Hope your action soon.

Vodafone — No/Weak signal in Indoors
Very BAD network coverage area in City like Bangalore also. Phone gets disconnected in Indoors. Number of signal towers are few.Vodafone have no concern over the complaints made. Very improfessional. Complaint was taken to rectify the signal strength and a buffer time of 10 days. They have written the report that the Customer is informed regarding the complaint and the problem will be rectified at the end of 2008. But none of the Vodafone people have informed me. Personally I had to call to follow up with the status.
The Customer Care cannot be reached easily. After approx 2 years o[censored]sage, I prefer to disconnect the connection.
