Vodafone — miss behave and harrashmnet bad service
i have taken a connection of Vodafone from chandigarh. Near about first week of june 2008. After taking a connection am getting no of calls from voadfone which is computerised which is rang up after few hours approx five to six calls in a day.Am a stock market Broker and am really fed up from these calls and am placing the orders and these call de concentrate my concentration and am facing the loss in stock market and most of the time am in roaming and received a calls most of the time i have to disconnect the call. when i was in temple for meditation at that time am getting a call from this vodafone. after subumit my request to their deppt. on 19th of july at 13:53 indin timing mr Amarjit has received a call and nt repling the answer of my question am already harrashment by vodafone and this guy is more harashment. he is increasing my Blood Pressure as am saying i want 2 talk 2 ur senior and he is repling some thing which is nt tourable.So am very harashment by VOdafone and so am calaming againts Rs 500, 000 claim against this company.
After that i have again call and received a service by Navjot and Team leader Gurvinder she was talking abt this ill take a process of 45 days. It means i have to face this problem more than 44 days more. which increase my more B.p and it increase my tension more its a customer care or Creat problem for Customer. And after my so many request they had given me a m no of Mr Vishvnath Majundar [protected] and one e mail id is vadafone care.[protected]@vodaphone.com
the whole day has been passed am still not getting solution. which increase my B.p and increase my tenssion and its more than harashment.so Company has to be bear this.

Vodafone — change of prepaid sim card to post paid sim(Mobile no. 919830459723)
sir,After receiving a request from customer care people of vodafone on[protected], I submitted filled application form, with all requisite documents, for my prepaid card to be converted into postpaid through their representative Sri Sanjoy Paul, Mobibl no.[protected] alongwith cash of Rs.300/-(Rupees Three Hundred only).After receiving the cash Sri Paul Handed over a sim card, bearingNo. 6490935 and he told that my post paid connection will be activated within 2 or 3 days.Again on[protected] Vodafone customer care people explain in details about post paid connection and assured that service will be activated within 24 hrs . It has been 8 days since..My service has not been activated.
But since then, the customer care people of vodafone are disturbing me like anything over telepphone asking various questions whenever I am busy with my work at my office.
Please take my complaint into consideration and help me in getting my phone activated..

Vodafone — Disconnection of services without amy reason
Dear Sir,This is inform you about poor services of vodafone. i bought a new USB Stick used only for internet on 29.06.2008 with 1 yr advance rental plan bearing mobile no - [protected]. I have already paid vodafone the whole usage charges with cost of stick amounting to Rs 6740.00 . but its really surprising for me that i started to received sms from vodafone that i have a current due balance of around 1100. after so many tries with 111 i got a reply from company that my records are not updated and the same problem will be sorted out soon. after 7-8 days they barred my services by blocking incoming and outgoing services. customer care says that they cant do anything as the services are barred so i have to rush to vodafone office and got the same reply from them as phone is disconnected due to non payment. even they are not listing i have paid for whole one year at last the executive only increase by credit limit but i am not sure this will work or not. i am uanble to understand to whom should i contact for the problem, thanks & regards
Vodafone — Bill not credited from Vodafone Machine because of power failure at Hisar (Haryana)
On 23-July-2008 (6:45 PM), I was at Vodafone Store, Hisar(Hariyana) for bill payment .When I was paying my bill through Machine. I was supposed to pay 1600 for Mobile No: [protected].But After Entering 1100/-. There was Power failure. And I didn’t get any receipt for this. We regret to inform u following things.1. Even no one was ready to give me any proof for that payment. I am still waiting for Vodafone response. And I have not received any SMS also. I am at Roaming.
2. There was No Power backup for Power Failure.
3. Fortunately guard at Vodafone store had withdrawn money in front of me from machine. My transaction was very first after this. I have asked him to check my amount for Confirmation but he had denied my request.
4. Till today he has not clear picture about my transaction. Then where is my 1100/-
Is it updated with deferent No.?
5. At the same time at the spot Vodafone person named Vikas Mittal has given me in writing that I have submitted the money in the machine and due to power failure transaction couldn’t be carried out successfully and that Vodafone will look in to the matter next day.
6. Regarding all this I have launched the complaint at the Vodafone Hisar Center having complaint no [protected] but till now no action or intimation regarding the problem has been taken.
7. At Vodafone Hisar, Hariyana people didn't responded me properly and behaved like an irresponsible executives as if we are baggers.
We will anticipate your early action in the above matter at the earliest. Please find the scan copy of the written acknowledgement of the Vodafone person Mr. Vikas Mittal which he has given at the spot.

I have a Vodafone pre-paid sim [protected].I would like to bring to your notice that i have been billed for roaming service even though i haven't applied for the same. The last time i had a similar problem and had to travel to your office to get my problem solved. This time around i am not going to accept any excuse from vodafone. I would like my amount deducted to be credited to my balance from immeidate effect.

dear sir/madamthis is to bring to ur notice that i had made a refill
on 14th july with rs 96/- on the promotional offer
which i came to know when i had called on customer
care no.
immediately i gave a call on customer care to know
about this. i was told that i am eligible for life
time validity if i make a refill for rs 96 by mr.
pravin on 14th july. i infomred him that i had not
completed 30 days from date of registration, then too
he told me that u will get life time validity.
as per his info i made the refill but i failed to get
the same.
i made a complain on 17th july which was registered by
mr vallan #[protected] in which i was told that we will
check the recorded messages o[censored]r talk with mr. pravin
& get back to u within 48 hrs. but till today i did
not get any feedback call.
again i made repetitive complain on 31st july in which
i had a talk with mr janes who told me that ur
complain is under process & u query will be updated
within 24hrs. but it was not done.
i again made a complain on 7th aug to the team leader
mr pradeep but that also seem to be useless as he was
not able to solve my complain
on next day again i had a talk with another team
leader mr sandeep who also was not able to help me
i am suffering this particular trouble because o[censored]r
customer care executives mistake who provided me with
a wrong information
