Vodafone / Postpaid 250 Plan — Wrong Call Rates Information
They called me to to move my prepaid plan to postpaid plan of 250 in which local call rates are 99 paise/minute and S.T.D. call rates are 1.20Rs./minute to both mobile and land line no. and after activation of my postpaid plan they charged at 99 paise/minute at local miobile, 1.20Rs./minute at local land line no. and 2.40 Rs./minute at S.T.D. mobile and land line This is not only frustrating but also strange culture of customer service at Vodafone. A customer is crying like anything in front of Vodafone senior officials and they are behaving customer like that he is fool.
I have been harassed by customer care and senior officials a lot. I have called nodal on Friday and they refused to take my request as I have no complaint number with me. I have told her that I called your customer care but they are not entertaining my calls by saying that the knowledge of product which you are asking, we are not the concern for same please call on 119 for same and this number is not working for any customer. When I had words with Appellate authority person today, she refuses to entertain me at all. This is surprising for a customer who has not entertained any where by customer care.
Please suggest what further I can do in this regard. Should I move to legal authority for Rs 550/- or should I file a legal case against Vodafone for mentally harassment.

I have visited at retailer point but he is not giving me any satisfactory answer from last four days. When i spoke to Nodal Officer on Thursday they said we can not entertain you without complaint number. Please ensure one thing if your csutomer care is not responding then where a customer can go?

I never activated std rental plan 49.u refund me Rs 99 for that.u people have charged me twice for same.i never activated vodafone mobile connect.refund Rs 277 of that.Rs 100 has been put for late payment refund that.i have never done late payment.I got sms promo plan 40 activated .no discount have been ever given (from period of july 2007 to January 2008).refund Rs 200 for that.To avoid any legal action timely return the amout.this is the third time I am complaining. I want its services to be terminated.Also return my Rs 499 Advance rent which i paid from December 2007.
Vodafone Phone No : 9792413488 — o/g calls facility not restored.
The vodafone phone no : [protected] remanied out of service though the latest copy of electric bill was submitted to the company as they demanded.-Only i/c calls facilty has been restoted on last night (on[protected] after several reminder but o/g calls facility still not resotred.
-pl restore its o/g call facilty immediately.
-pl also give due compensation for the period during which the above phone remaind out of service.
Vodafone — No response to complaint & Giving False assurance by customer care persons
Sir/madamI have hutch connection.I am unable to call to a particular number.Whenever I am calling that invoice is coming " You cant make call to this number" or sometimes "That number not listed".I had given this complain to vodafone care on 6th march 2008, then that executive give the complain number and it to be solved by 14th march 08 by message.When again I tried to call that number on 13th march, simillar problem came, again i called to costmer care again give me new complain number and assured me that it would be solved by next day means 14th march 08 by 6pm, But again I tried on 14th march 08 after 6pm it was not work, Again I call to custmer care he told me that it will solved by next day 15th march 6pm...Simillarly I am everyday trying but call not going and every day that custmer care persons giving only complain numbers and false assurance to solve by next day 6pm...Still now it wasnot solved, I am unable to call that number.
U plz suggest me what I shall do? Where to give Complain to solve & to take action about there cheating.

My issue was finally resolved after I mailed the CEO of Vodafone. Shows where you have to mail to get reactions doesn't it
Vodafone — roaming network in home network
i am the subscriber of vodafone & my mobile no. is [protected].i stay at mohali (punjab). at my residence i always get the network of himachal predesh idea, while himachal predesh is 4 hrs far away. when this complaind is filed with vodafone they told me that the site is planed in that area. and because of this when i call any where then in my bill i get my that call to be considered as roaming call, and i havbe to pay that romaing charges, while i had never been himachal predesh. company is not giving any kind of wave off in my bill. after calling to nodal officer i didn't get any respond yet. how can such a big company provide their service where they don't have network, and after knowing this they are not boathered about this.
Vodafone — Harrassment for bill already paid
I am having a post paid connection of Vodafone. Suddenly in the January month's Bill they added an amount of 1207, saying that they have credited in my ICICI credit card statement an amount of 1207 BY ERROR (FROM VODAFONE) and now they want to charge this amount back from me.I have provided my Credit card details showing that there is no such amount of 1207 being credited to my account. They don’t see the proof and instead keep on reminding about the bill through phone calls and SMS.
I have full details of the email conversation I have with them wherein I have provided them my credit card bills, but they are just adamant that I should pay them this amount.
Please help me from this harassment.
Vodafone — blocking the services...

Sir It is really harsh feeling that I could not use the service facilities of vodafone, two weeks earlier (14 March, 08) I took the simcard of vodafone ([protected]) and filled my CIF through dealer, Now its always the responsibility of the dealer to set the doccuments two the service provider, After two weeks (26 mar.) I found the SMS on behalf of Service Provider that we still didnot find CIF so the services may blocked within 24 hours, and they did the same, after this message I go through the customer care of vodafone, they suggested me to submit a new CIF in their central office and convinced tat ur facilities will not be blocked, I submit new CIF in their branch (Shahnazaf road, LKO), but I got that my services have been blocked at same day. Its truely very inconvenient...I just want to put my request to any of the higher authority of this group on your behalf and few suggestions:
1. If you find such fault then give at least a week to customer to overcome the difficulty whatever you have.
2. Understand the value of time of your customer (as per as my view to be a scientist).
3. Try to put solution as soon as possible after you find any complaint or request, assure them personally.
Well I am feeling not good in the sense of service I am getting...
...I may go through RTI if I would not found some positive response.

sir,I am a student, earlier i have send a email to vodafone care to deactivate my 123 sms joke, but i can't get proper response. It will charge me Rs15 per month, which is burden for me.Details are given below:-

They have disconnected our no. [protected] without any information. All we had requested to barr the no. since we lost the mobile last week. We have been using 2 post paid vodofone nos for the last 4 years even though the signals are very week in our area. The company must find a solution for these kind of problems. And the way the customer executives are disturbing us. Most of them are not polite, they will not even ask us whether we are busy or in a middle of meeting etc. They just go ahead and start talking without taking our permission as if they have got some authority.

i have a request towards your poor services on bill.on 26 jan 2008 i have got a sms from your vodafone including a promotional package.That sms offred me 200 minutes vodafone to vodafone free.I realised that it was a false sms so i have contact your vodafone customer care thrice on 26 jan, 2 feb, 9 feb( you can check call record).After verified i have used my phone.when i recieved my bill, it shows me the usage of that period which i have got free minutes. then i have contact vodafone customer care and vodafone store regrding this issue. But i found strange when they told me that they dont have any record of this type sms on that day i.e 26 jan 2008. But I have show them the sms which i saved on my sim card .All your executives denied to having the record of sms.now i want to adjust the excess amount .

Vodafone — Refund not received of Deactivated number.
i was given a complaint number[protected] dated 20/12/07.For refund of my De-activated mobile number [protected] of Rs. 500 saying the refund will be given in 60 days time.Next complaint was again lodged on 9/3/2008 with complaint no.[protected] and till date Today 5/4/2008 the refund is not recieved.
Vodafone — Unnecessary Deduction from my Mobile No 919999501518
Dear sir/mam,i am a regular user of Vodafone Previously (Hutch) in india.
i have recharged my mobile by a special recharge offer of Rs. 105 for 750 Minutes talktime to any Local vodafone number from 10 P.m to 8 a.m.
but when i talked to one of my friend at 10:02 Pm on date 15th March, 08 my account balance was Rs.120 and after talking to my friend it was almost 80 Rs. i tried to talk to customer care and they agreed that my balance is deducted by mistake of their software bcz i was dialing to a vodafone number and at that time my 750 minutes should have been deducted while they deduct my money from my actual balance .. i got a complaint number[protected] and i got a message from the company that my problem would be resolved by 19 march 08 by 6 Pm.
not only this the same process happened on the next to next day from first complaint and this time my 33 Rs is deducted from my actual balance.. again i talked to customer care and i got the complaint number[protected] and this time the complaint resolved date is 24 March 08..
inspite of talking so many time to the executives they could not give me a satisfactory reply that why my Balance is getting deducted while i have the Bonous minutes to talk on Vodafone..
This is seriously a Irresponsible behiviour from the company to its customer..
i am very much harrashed from this behiviour..
i had to talk to a person extremelly urgently and due to the company mistake i could not talk to him and a good project of Rs 2Lacs is left from me..
i want a compansosian for that and my Balance money back in my Mobile number[protected].
Kindly do the needful..
