my number is [protected].i sent the massege to set the tital song of kal ho na ho .but wrongly set the instrumental kal ho na ho.on 1st position the tital song of kal ho na ho & 2nd position instrumental of kal ho na ho.that is the reason i reply with 1 to 55655.so please change my hellotune immdiediately.i am waiting for your responce...Vodafone — the amount is talk plan is not right since almost 2 months
Hi, I sunil matta are using vodaphone number [protected], since 2003, and till feb;08 i was very happy vodafone services.I am using monthly rental plan 149 and earlier was paying 25/ extra monthly till jan08 for taking the advantage of m2m package of outgoing local call charges of Rs. 1/-. But on 14day of Feb-8 I have received a call from customer care services that i dont need to pay any additional amount of m2m package becasue the services has been free of cost of those customer who is using monthly plan as well as corporate connection.
But so far I can see my bill they were charging 1.75/- paisa insteadof 1/- and I have puted lot's of mail agaisnt my complaint even also visited physically vodaphone store in dwarka. But still my problem has not been resovled, the impact is i am not paying my outstanding of that even regarding i am getting a call from collection care department.
Hence I would request last time either you reverse the amount and send me the revised bill according to the right amount and i will pay or please deactive my number from immediate effect and do not callme again for making the payment.
I would say that this is the fist time I have seen the kind of servies problem since last 5 years experience.
Even your area zonal head dont response the customer query in the right time, I have called your customer care every day regarding the same problem but every time they say sorry and give me the new requset number with giving the feedback that my query will be resovled withing 24 hours.
Kindly give me the written ackowledgment that my amount will be reverse and my service will be activate with same package which i was using earllier before feb08.
And if you are not able to give me the same talk plan then let me know i will change my plan accordingly for getting the advantage of local call charges Rs. 1/-.
But please i wil pay only one conditon when you will acknowledge in writting that after paying my outstanding my service will not be deactivacte, or give my the final feedback should i continue this number of I shall go for other competitor for using the sufficent plan
I hope this time i will get the response either negiative or positive so, I will not get irrtiatte from regular collection calls in a day.
After this mail id i received any call or my query doesnt resolve than i am sorry i wil take a legal action against of the same.

Also plese reply immedaite otherwise my outgoing will be bared so i have to go for new connection and also i am not bale to call your 111 number from my vodaphone number since almost 15 days.
If you asking me to make the payment this time as well as in future kindly reverse the amount and send me the revised bill accordingly in my communication address

Hi,I request you all people who are using Vodafone Mobile services to be ware of this Company.
I had been using Hutch for the past 7 years & always paid my bills in time till rmmed myself against customer care problems.
I was debited undue charges which I did ot pay.
Company closed the phone no. forfeited my deposit of 500 for a mere 700 due & even then not cleosed the number een after my repeated reqeusts & laid more charges.
Finally it came a point I settled by paying Rs 1350 as final settlemeny .
But to my surprise again I got bills from vodafone.
I dont know now what to do so I am logging a complaint on this site.

My Problem was that my Service got Deactivate for BC75 & never got msg from ur Side regarding Deactivation of the Service & i was getting Charge normal tariff. My phone Bal was Rs50 & some change my STD call as for 18min & call got Disconnected instead of 50min.
on March 03, 2008 i gave a call to Vodafone cust cr Exe name Raj received the call & was very very rude denied to gave me his Last name & Refused to launch my Complaint & hug the call. Then i had a word with Dishant Floor Sup was working in 3-12 Shift said will get back to me within 24-48 hrs regarding this issue. He never turned back it was a False Commitment by ur Sup.
Then on March 04/ 2008 i again called up Cust cr Executive name Amar Bharti received call & hunged up Call then Exe name Rakesh Shrivastav received a call i discused my prob with him & his Response was "No longer intersted in call & said i am giving you information again & again was too rude then one of his Frnd sitting next to him said " Kaat de na Phone " then finall call was disconnected.
Then on March 19/ 08 Exe name Sarabjeet received call Transfered it to Sup name Kamal call duration was 40:45 said revert me back within 48hrs till time i did not received any call from ur Department. I just need to inform vodafone what is going around after this e-mail i will be going to CONSUMER Court next week. This e-mail is just to inform u how good Service Vodafone is Providing & if you could revert me back it will good or else last option is CONSUMER Court.

Dear Sir/madam,my self akashy singh, i have a problum witrh reguarding to non activating to my mob post paid connection, they have taken to me executive will again come for verification (before coming he would give me a call).But till date nobody came and still my card is blocked.I am facing too much inconvinience and this allresulted in frustration as i need to talk to my parentds and relatives as i am staying away from my home town.Please help me regarding this.

I am getting abusing call from the employee Gaurav ( or Rohit) from the no. [protected], he called me first for selling up the sim of vodafone and after my rejection he statrted abusing me on the phone. I want a strict action against such employees. and against the such companies who pressurised people again n again to take their bloddy connection.
Vodafone — inflated bill / wrong charges
vodafone india has charged me wrongly on my mobile phone [protected] and have not reverted back on my compalints in january 2008 and april 2008 for the same and they have now demanded that i pay the disputed amount or else they will disconnect my number. this even after they already have my complaint pending with them and now they have restricted my number to one way.Vodafone — Useless Network coverage
Inspite of complaining about the network coverage and disturbances, the company is not improving its facility at all.When ever i ask them to deactivate my number : [protected],

Vodafone — Lack of information and Customer care behavioral aspects
Yesterday I had recharged my vodafone through ICICI online banking for my prepaid connection for Rs. 200/. I had a validity of three months before recharge so I went for top up recharge. As no information was given in the site my mobile got rechaged with Rs.47/ and one month validity that was no use to me. When I have contacted the customer care the response was really bad. There behaviour was too bad and they were not ready to change it to someother plan. In this regard I would lauch a complaint regarding the customer care behaviour.Vodafone — Disney Pack Service Deactivation
Dear Sir/MamI m using vodafone prepaid connection [protected] from the last 4years.In April07 i downloaded few wallapapers from any disney site through GPRS.i visited many times to vodafone service centre for the de-acivation of Disney Pack service which is continously running in back-end.Due to which vodafone is continously deducting Rs.20 per month since the last year to tiil date from my prepaid balance.
Last month, i personely visited to the vodafone service centre at "C-45, Phase-II, Industrial Area, Okhla". There was a guy 'LALIT' who assured me that de-activation has been done & u would get the confermation with in 48hrs, but the result remain the same
So, request you to de-activate Disney back-end service as soon as possible, outherwise i 'll 've to disconnect my connection.
Pls do the needfull & confirm as soon as possible.

What I am about to narrate is the most unethical act a company providing customer service could have ever done...but Vodafone went beyond that limit .I have a postpaid connection with Vodafone.Once for a particular payment my payment cheque was dishonoured and i made the corresponding payment in cash.But Vodafone did not return the dishonoured cheque even on repeated requests. Then when i had a major operation and was almost bed ridden for a month and there was no possibility of me making or taking calls on my cellphone..Vodafone send me a bill of Rs 1100.On repeatedly asking for an itemized bill what i got were harassing collection agents who claimed they were Vodafone officers.When I wrote to them asking for the itemized bill and complaining about the harrassment and saying that i would like to leave this connection...THEY RE-SUBMITTED THAT DISHOUNOURED CHEQUE(for which payment was already made) WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION OR MY CONSENT and it was subsequently cleared.When i wrote to them about that asking for an explanation of their unethical and illegal act, they send an itemized bill along with the bill of the next month when there was no usage of the phone during that period.There was no clarification about the cheque resubmission without consent. Then the collection agents started coming up again and harrassing us.We wrote to them again asking about the explanation about the cheque..and instead of that they served me with a legal notice of paying my dues. This people are the worst service providers who believe more in extortion of customer money by hook or by crook instead of providing them with the basic services.I thought i would let it go as i am a old hutch customer but after getting the legal notice...I am moving against it legally..because if i let it go they will take all customers fr granted.Vodafone - - 9920262064 — UnFair Practice
On 19/03/2008 i had the payment of Rs 300/- in cash at your Borivali (W) centre for the mobile no [protected].By mistake the payment was made to [protected].
Visited the Customer Care Centre at Borivali (W) and got it reverted to [protected].
On 26/03/2008 07:34 received a SMS saying "OUTGOING SERVICES HAS BEEN ACTIVATED ON YOUR VODAPHONE MOBILE PHONE".
Executives from your side started to harass me for the payment, every time i had to repeat all the procedure i have done.
On 03/04/2008 12:06 received a SMS saying that "YOUR BILL FOR Rs 257.18 IS OVERDUE"
On 11/04/2005 18:12 received SMS saying "OUTGOING SERVICES HAVE BEEN RESTRICTED ON YOUR VODAPHONE MOBILE PHONE".
Again on 28/04/2008,
received a call form the billing dept from[protected] to pay the bill when the SIM is inactive for cell no [protected].

Vodafone Pre - Paid Connection — Non existent Customer Care
I purchased a pre-paid sim card from a local retailer at Bhimtal (Nainital), Uttarakhand on March 26, 2008 at a cost of Rs. 199. I submitted all the required documents (photo copy of my driving license and original official letter bearing my photograph for proof of residence as the house is provided by my organization). The SIM was activated same day so I purchased STD voucher and topup voucher of Rs. 200. Third day I got a SMS informing about lack of documents.I tried to contact the customer care without success (Till date I am not able to contact any of their customer care no.). On enquiring from my retailer, I was told that the documents have been returned as the same were not signed by me. I signed the documents; but after two days my SIM was blocked. It is in this position since then.
I tried their customer care through e-mail, but it was also equally useless. They do respond but did not provide any help. Their last response was an advice to re-submit the documents, which I did nearly 10 days back.
Now I am repenting my decision to buy a Vodafone connection. I just want my money back.
It would have been a lot better for them and their customer, if Vodafone would spend a part of their advertisement campaign on improving their non-existent customer care and in-house procedures/infrastructure.

Vodafone — Abusive talk by a "Vodafone " Person
At about 3.20 pm today, i.e. 8th April, I received a call from a person who introduced himself as speaking from Vodafone, The mobile number from which he spoke was [protected]. He asked me to convey to some Mr. Vikram to clear his Vodfone bill of Rs. 4000. On my stating that I do not know Mr. Vikram and that he must have rung up a wrong number, he started hurling highly filthy abuses in Hindi, the language he was speaking in. He added that I was lying since he had call details in front of him wherein I have supposedly talked to him for half an hour on (if I remember correctly) 8th January.Now a few questions arise:
1. Has Vodafone recruited such street goondas in its Indian venture? If so, only God can save it!
2. What right has anyone got to talk, leave aside use the filthy language he spoke in, to a person who is not even connected to the issue?
3. If what the person said about my phone details is true, I would certainly like to get the details of my calls, especially for the month of January 2008.
4. How can, on the basis of a phone call assume that I know such a person and that I am lying? After all we hear of mobile hacking. Although the chances of this are little, yet even a friend could have made such a call. Or the person to pick up my phone could have been anyone and would have had to listen to that trash.
5. Even if for a second we believe that I know him, I am not on the payrolls of Vodafone to do their job.
I may add here that it was only recently that I switched over to Vodafone for the only reason that your CEO, Mr. Arun Sarin happens to be my classmate and school friend. However, I shall now not advise anyone to go in for Vodafone. As for myself, I shall soon switch over to some other service provider.
