am also exeperiencr the same..i booked tickets in october but tickets were not booked still waiting for money when contacted VRL people they are saying today eond of the day ..but their EOD never am calling daily to them they are saying same thing...please dont book VRL they are thinking people have no option & are coming to VRL because its karnataka thats all..am also fromkarnataka hence i booked but now..please dont book on VRL there plenty of options like sharma sony bettter KSRTC...

I faced the same, But before knocking local vrl agents door, i called the vrl cust care number:"[protected]".He asked for the temp PNR number under non confirmed tickets and told that, he will get back to me.Then he called again and Confirmed those tickets.
