[Resolved] West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — WBSEDCL "installation number/type" for online payment account

WBSEDCL, in its bill doesnot show the installation no and only shows Consumer ID/Consumer Code & Service Con No.
But while creating online a/c for payment, they seek the the installation Number/Type.
So i called up customer-care[protected] which didnt had a clue as to what are these & asked me to call up BARASAT CCC office at ([protected]).
Where again the persons at phone didnt had a clue as to what is this and asked to visit office and check.
When reached their office it was a mess, no one was there to talk and finally got a rude (misbehaved) answer "We are busy come back on a later date".

Please suggest how can I see my father's electric bill and pay online.

wbseb,barasat — failed to attend serious fault

Dear sir,
Electric Pole No. 1467, Napara Kathgola, PO. Barasat,
Electric live wire teared off due to storm and lying on the road, nobody attended the toll free ph no.
please do the needful.

Dear, If online payment facility becomes available in any area then the electricity bill shows the installation number/type. I stay in salt lake in AD block and just opposite to this is BD block.There people can pay there bill online and the bill shows the Installation No/Type but in ours case it hasn't started yet. Hence, the bill doesn't have this field.

BUT IN THE LIST OF L & MV CONSUMERS IN THE WEBSITE WHO HAVE THE FACILITY OF ONLINE PAYMENT, THERE IS "BARASAT CCC"!!! THEN WHO ARE MAD..WBSEDCL OR US????

This is ridiculous, if we are unable to pay the bill online, then what will be the useful use of this portal link.
Such a link should not reflect in ant site, this is kind of harassment of general people.

Dear Sir,

My consumer id[protected], while I want to pay online my outstanding bill by registration then I am getting one option installation no which i dont have, then i had contact to the helpline[protected] bu they are unable to provide that aswellas its not showing in bill.
So please could you please help me out to get the installation no.
