    On 04/07 i had purchased goods from dmart online website, with order no[protected] of amount 4464.02/- amount was deducted from my account but whereas on website it showed payment failure. I had contacted my bank again to reconfirm about payment deduction so the bank informed that amount was been paid succefully to the respective. Whereas i m trying to contact on customer care number there is no response and even for mail there is no revert.

      My order number is 15094464 on date 7 july 2020 via dmart ready app. It is showing status as payment failed but the amount was deducted from my account. I contacted the bank they replied that the transaction was successful from their side. So if i get confirmation from your side about payment status on my registered phone no. Or email then i can again contact the bank for a refund. Please reply its urgent

        Dear sir i am faizal ahmed from coimbatore residing at kothanur nearby your d mart showroom today afternoon around 1:15 p. M. I came to your store to purchase some eatable items like parle chips and some cream biscuits and some wafers for my children as it now your person did not allow me to buy more than 2 packets per instance this is unfair doing to customer not allow him to buy by his needs the quantity reservation is too low that a person should buy only two two of a product as it now i request your good concern change the rule of quantity of reservation because the product was in stock and there there was no demand for the product and i appreciate your company e that your company is selling the product at low margin cost i wish to continue the relationship with you you if you you do me the needful thank you

          My hdfc debit card ending with 5965 have been swiped twice for bill number[protected], v no : s[protected], bill date 05/07/2020 by cashier mah/139148 at 14:45:46 and 14:46:18, as a result additional 2905 has been deducted from my hdfc bank account, please do the needful to get it refunded as soon as possible.

            This note is in reference to an incident that occurred with my wife while taking the delivery from dmart courier person.
            I have also reported the same and opened ticket regarding this issue but it seems that no action has been taken against a serious problem reported by me.
            On the 1st of july, i received one of the order 18557491 from your courier person rahul ([protected]) and he misbehaved with my wife while delivering the order.
            He called me regarding the order and i asked him to deliver on the ground floor of the building because there is plenty of space available on the ground floor of my building.
            He threw all the ordered products on the road which did not even allow my wife to keep into carry bag and left by saying "today i have to deliver 22 more orders so i am leaving and its corona time".
            It was very very insulting for my wife to collect all the products from the road. She collected it just because the payment was already paid through a credit card. The people were laughing at my wife while collecting the order.
            My question is "is this how dmart team provides service to the customers?"
            I called him regarding the same and he used abusive language which i cannot use on this mail.
            I approached your customer care but there was no concrete reply from your team.
            Please let me know whether this is the right way to behave with customers?

              Today i visited dmart., bapunagar ahmedabad at 5/7/2020 at 11:15pm
              There are almost more than 50+ people social distancing is there in outer space of dmart but not inside the store
              On today they didnt checked our body temperature 🤒 how careless they are as i dont have any kind of symptoms but other people must have or not have we dont know but we have to take our precautions so kindly check and resolve this solution asap

                Today we visited d'mart aund, pune at near about 02:30pm. We have purchased items of rs 5192. When we teacher home we notice that loose groudnut bills two times i. E. Rs248 two times for 2.2 kg groundnut. And one additional product honey comb towel worth rs129 billed. Our bill no is[protected].

                  Dear sir,

                  SUB : LED LAMP NOT WORKING

                  with reference to the above subject, I would like to inform that I have purchased the LED LAMP item code 830323 at D Mart Salem near five roads salem on 28.06.2020. Today I have fixed the same and found not working, so I called the DMart and explained the situation but in vain no proper response.

                  Kindly clarify whether the said product covers warranty or guarantee to replace the same.

                    Dear sir/madam
                    Today, 3rd july, i visited dmart madhapur, hyderabad store at around 4 pm for some groceries and essentials. Normally there is a queue outside. When i reached there, it was direct entry and i thought there is no rush however when i entered inside it was too rush considering the social distancing norms at this point in time. I asked the security that why don't you restrict the entry and allow in small groups. He guided me to a staff called r venkatesh. When i approached him, he said what's the problem to you! And just ignored my concern. So i thought to take photo and escalate the matter. That's when he called his manager who asked me to delete the photos and when i denied he started to argue and said if you are not fine with rush go to other shops. So i explained him that it's a customer's choice to shop at any store but it's the duty of store to take the precautions for the safety of staff and customers both. And then few more staff started to gang up with him and abuse me and forced me to delete the photos. So i also lost patient and had to shout at the top of my voice to disperse them. But i was still abused and one of them said to get lost as it was their shop. Dont know how a brand like dmart allows such staff behaviour with customers that too for raising a genuine concern and risk. I would request to review the cctv footage near the tea and honey counters from 3.50 pm to 4.20 pm to confirm this incident and see the mockery of social distancing and abuse by dmart staff at this store. When i asked the name of the manager and those staff who were abusing, no one was ready to give and all those staff turned their id cards upside down so that i can't see their name. This itself shows that they were afraid of what they did and was not correct. Can strict action be taken against those staff and ensure that they don't play with the lives of peoole? Or do i need to file a complaint with the police as well?

                          I am Balakrishna Poojary i have ordered goods from dmart ready online app and payment done by upi id from my daughter's id and its deducted from our bank account and my order no is 18646431 and amount is Rs.3750.23 but still the status is showing payment failed in their online application and no one is responding from customer services.Also attached payment slip for your reference

                              I have placed an order from dmart mobile application on 28th june 2020 for total amount of 8089.62, even after the successful payment the order declined and asked for repayment. I even reached my bank for confirmation they said the amount of 8089.62 debited from the account for the same order. I tried to connect dmart customer care over the email and phone but no one replied from past 3 days.

                                      Recently i ordered from dmart on date 18/06/20 and received the order on 20/06/20.
                                      But i received haldiram soan papdi -250gm which was outdated.
                                      When i started eating soan papdi it didn't have a soft bad smell coming from the same.
                                      The soan papdi packed on 27 sep 2019 and best before date is 009 feb 2020, means before 4 months is outdated or expired.
                                      I also send mail to dmartbefore 2 dys ago foe the same and ask to refund, but no response from them.
                                      D-mart provided a ticket num to me on the mail — ticket received #489009

                                      Pfa invoice and soan papdi rapper which show the above mentioned dates.

                                        I paid online through Google Pay for Dmart grocery purchase. I got an alert from GPay UPI payment option in Dmart payments; that a payment is requested for same amount by the name of [protected]@icici.
                                        The amount got deducted successfully, but it is not reflecting in my google pay transactions nor has dmart received it.
                                        I want my refund back.
                                        Who is this [protected]@icici who is cheating us?
