I have recharged my old d2h account

I recharged my D2H account today twice with Rs 100 each. Both the time Rs 18 each has been deducted without any intimation. I just got the message - Recharged with 100 and available balance is 82. Futher, after another recharge of 100, available balance remained Rs 162 instead of 200.
Customer must be informed on what account money has been deducted.
Contacted Customer care 4 times. They are unable to justify deductions. They just say- company has deducted.
Request lokk into the concerns and refund at the earliest. Thanks.

In this case to my shop videocon d2h recharge On 05.05.2023, a customer came to me and his videocon d2h recharge Cutober ID [protected] Instead of Customer ID [protected] He said that. I have paid Rs 250 through IOB Net Banking 250 rupees has been deducted from my IOB Net Banking account. But the money did not reach my client. My client told me this. This error is attributed to error. So I request you to kindly refund my amount of Rs.250 which was deducted from my Net Banking account. My IOB NetBanking account no.           Your Videocon d2h company is here for doing fraud with customer before subscribtion close date ur Videocon company closes all the channel before 2 hours as I said videocon customer care that I will close your d2h= and will go to other services he did ok fine no problem is this the way to talk with care.

                I Praveen Kumar Pathak purchased a Liqor Bottle on 10th April, 2023 from Bhai Ji Liqor Shop, Patrapada, Bhubaneswar near by Odisha Hotel of Royal Green 750ml with manufacturing date 19.03.2023 having M.R.P. of Rs. 730. The Seller i.e. Bhai Ji Liqor Shop, Patrapada near by Odisha Hotel, Bhubaneswar charged me Rs. 840 giving reasons of new excise policy. However, as per the new Excise Policy dated 30.03.2023 the price they showed me was Rs. 770 still they charged me Rs 70 extra and gave me a bottle with old manufacturing date of Rs. 730. When asked them to return the same, they were giving reasons of charging 15%-20% of the paid amount after giving unsatisfied reasons.
                Kindly do the needful and take necessary action of this corruption.

                  I did a recharge of 750Rs on 4th of march 2023 which made my switch off date to 16th of jun 2023 because my monthly recharge is 248Rs and my switch off date was 6th of march 2023 with which if we add 3 months make the switch off date to 6th of jun 2023 but as we get 10 days extra on doing recharge of recharge my switch off goes to 16th of jun 2023 Now yesterday on 4th of april 2023 i did another recharge of 500Rs but my balance doesn't get updated it still shows 16th of jun and when i opened a ticket they just closed it without resolving my issue ticket number is[protected]. and when i called them they just said that no no sir it is correct now your date is 16th of jun. and hanged up the call and said that their senior will contact till now nobody has contacted me. My Customer ID is[protected]. I added all recharge screenshots and statement screenshots from d2h.com

                    I am receiving 10-12 calls from d2h daily and it is causing me unnecessary disturbance and if they are going to do same i am going to change service provider.

                      1. Why are you activating VAS and deducting my balance without my permission? I never called you or told you to activate any kind of service till date. So why are you activating these stuffs without my permission?

                      2. Stop calling me again and again regarding your promos. If I really need, I will activate it myself from D2H website.

                      3. My current account balance is high enough that it can last for next 11 years but d2h website shows 2028 as switch off date. How is that possible? I have filed complaint and called you at least 15 times but I never got even single reply from D2H.

                          I have been getting 5-6 calls on an avg daily from Videocon d2h which are all unnecessary for me.
                          These calls start in the morning 9 AM itself, how disturbing people in the morning is justified ?
                          Please top these non sense calls, this surely feels like harassment and nothing else.
