3 months ho gaya abhi tak paisa refund nahi kiya hai aap logo ne paisa return karne ka hai ki nahi. Paisa agar return nahi diya aap logo ne to mein dish disconnect kar dunga.

      I purchase new d2h Stream STB connection & 6 month subscription by d2h website by request no. [protected] and paid amount Rs 4702/-, Order ID is HO-081522-RIL-55850 but till date no installation & nobody contact me from d2h. Customer ID or Docket Number is not received. No mail or SMS received. Tollfree said that no record of my purchase & website also show no record of may purchase. No one hear or solved this. Local Dealer not solved the problem.

            Dear team
            I have called so many time to customer care and nodal officer team but no response
            My zee business channel and some other channels are not working.
            Today i spoke customer care and he update that systems are working.
            For single issue i have to suffer a lot.
            Technician visited 3-4 times I payed 800rs for technician visit charges also changed set off box, but no use from second day after complaint resolved, some channel get showing error message.

            Thanks for your response, No one contacted me from local team of your employees,
            Kindly note I am facing issue due to local(Ahmedabad) technicians, no one is serious about their duty, Again I am facing same issue some channels are not coming, I raised complaint Request No[protected], technician is hurry to close the complaint without giving end solution, as usual he closed my complaint without solving my problem permanently..

            I hope you will do necessary action otherwise with no other option i have to move my complaint to next level.

            I have all supporting how the technician cheated me every time and I payed you for this cheated service.

                        I have installed a new dish antenna on 31st July 2022 at the instance of the Company as the old dish antenna has corroded. Since the said installation my connection stops working every two days. Every time service engineer comes and starts the connection but it stops again within two days. It has stopped working 3 times in just last 9 days. I have requested a call back from the senior person but all in vain. Now I am thinking to change the service provider

                          Replacing of set top box

                          My set top box is not working so I called the videocon d2h cc executive for replacing of set top box.. He told me 200/- engeneer charges+250/- new set top box replacement charges.. When engineer came he told me 200/- his fees+399 set top box charge+400/- recharge +370/-remote charge.. Why company making foolish of people??worst experience.. Also companies own engineer blames that Adaptor we are using is not of good quality.. I told him that...

                            Hi,

                            I am having a d2h dish connection for which I have done the recharge of Rs 250/- from d2h website using "Quick Recharge" web page on 01/08/2022 11:30 AM. I made the payment using my credit card, but the recharge amount is deducted twice from my credit card. That means two times Rs. 250/- (Total of Rs. 500/-) got deducted from my card.

                            I have checked my d2h account, but it is showing only Rs. 250/- recharged amount. the other Rs. 250/- not reflected in d2h account.

                            I have contacted my credit card customer care on the same day about the transactions, they said both the transactions are successful and the marchant has received the amount successfully from bank side.

                            Marchant Name: Dish Infra Services Pv (As per on the Transaction).

                            After that I have contacted d2h customer care, they said to wait 24 hours to get my extra deducted amount Rs. 250/.

                            I have waited 48 hours. Neither it is reflecting on my credit card account Nor on my d2h account.

                            Again Today(03/08/2022) I have conacted my credit card customer care to know If the Rs. 250/- is deducted twice by the marchant.
                            They said the marchant has received the Rs. 250/-. twice (Total of Rs. 500/-) Successfully. The credit card customer care shared the below Transaction ID's.
                            Transaction ID: T80746 (First Rs. 250/-)
                            Transaction ID: T81002 (Second Rs. 250/-)

                            After that I have contacted d2h customer care and tried to explain the situation. In between the discussion they disconnected my call 4 times.

                            I have registered a complaint from d2h website using DIY(Write to us/Do It Yourself). They have registred it and shared Service Request No[protected] at (03/08/2022 11:00 AM).

                            When I checked the complaint details in d2h website, it is showing no complaints for my account.

                            Please help me to get back my hard earned Rs. 250/-

                              Recharge on wrong customer ID

                              Hi,

                              I didn't know the customer ID of my d2h connection so I called to d2h Videocon customer care from another mobile number and ask for customer ID for my registered mobile number but by mistake she gave me Customer ID for calling number so I recharged 310 on that Customer ID so it not reflect on my D2H. Please transfer recharge on my correct Customer ID. Please Find detail below:

                                  My set top box is showing error messages of smart card not inserted properly . This is happening 3rd time from past couple of years . In last 2 time i purchased new set top box from d2h representative . But it's 3rd time facing the same issue . And i think they are doing this to us intentionally to do marketing of their new products. Because both the time, when i purchases set top box it only run normally for 8 - 10 months and after that the same smart card not inserted properly issues appear . I contacted the customer care service, and their answer was as usual, they tried to reset it but nothing happens, and they told me that they will sent technician tomorrow, and it will cost me 200 ₹, but when technician arrives he told me to purchase the new one, just like in last 2 time . which cost 800₹ around. If i need to purchase the new STB everytime, why should i pay 200₹ for technician charge, because they are not able to fix the STB, it is technician or D2h problem right, but why should a consumer pay for technician if he is not able resolve the issue, and recommends to buy a new one, means he is taking 200₹ for just delivering the new STB . So the conclusion is both D2H and technicians are fooling the consumer by this techniques to do marketing their new products to customers.
