    Recharge of D2h done twice

    While recharging the d2h, I paid twice for the same id. In the 1st payment, I mistakenly recharged the wrong amount by putting the wrong digits. Therefore the amount debited but no successful recharge occurred. The amount was Rs. 252
    During 2nd pay, I recharged with Rs. 256 and the transaction was successful for the recharge of the d2h.
    Therefore, I request you to see through my problem accordingly....

    The unused balance of Rs.452 has already been transferred from old VC [protected] to new VC no [protected]. Now the revised switch-off date is 06 Oct 2022 for VC [protected].

      I am using d2h service. Asia cup is live free on dd sports but nowhere find dd sports channel. As per government order dd sport channel has to be mandatory included in the service. I request the authority to take necessary action against the service provider.

          My d2h consumer no.is[protected].
          My recharge was finished on 5 September 2022. I recharged it by 100/- on 6 September 2022 & 100/- on 8 September 2022. But still now chanals are not showing. I complaint so many times on customer care but they don't help us
          Please help us to activate my d2h account.

                मेने 27 अगस्त को deh की साइड visit की थी उसके बाद मुझे कॉल आया तो मैने d2h का नई सेटअप बॉक्स with recharge value ham pack के साथ 899 मे बुक किया, मगर उसके बाद मेरे पास कोई भी कॉल इनकी और से नही आया में 15 दिनों से परेशान हो रहा हु, इनके cc care वाले भी काल काट रहे है और सीनियर कभी भी फोन नही उठाते मेरे द्वारा 40 बार किया गया है, मेरे docket नंबर दो बार दिए गए है 152342 और 152977

                  I had registered a complaint with D2h, two to three weeks, the exact date will be available in the system but to no avail.
                  The first technician arranged never arrived and then there was no one. Due to certain reasons, we can only opt for weekend repair service and the next two weeks they kept playing us, last Sunday the excuse was the system was being updated and we can't take complaints.
                  For the weeks that I was not able to watch T.v., the channel has still not been fixed, I demand an extension in the active recharge period, equal to the day I first filed the complaint. I will not be paying empty money for all these days that I couldn't and still can't watch the damn Tv.

                        I am a customer of videocon d2h since 2015 and because of lack o[censored]sage and busy schedules i decided not to recharge the d2h for next three months till i got this message from d2h. " Dear Customer, recharge ur d2h now & enjoy SS1 HD, SS2 HD, SS Select HD 1 & 2, Sony Ten 1, 2 & 3 HD, SONY SIX HD Channels @ NO EXTRA COST till 31/12/22 " then i was happy that i got a decent offer from you guys which made me recharge for the month even if that was a loss because of lack of watching periods and all. But today when i switched to one of the channels described earlier which was to be free until December 31st of 2022 qfter 5 mins it showed channel preview has expired. This is a kind of really poor approach from your side. Even if you are not able to provide offers thats ok why fishing customers money by giving out these fake offers like those free hd channels till the year end. We have many other options like ott to view such channels but we thought of continuing your services and look at what we the customers got in back. You should look into it and give me a detailed reply regarding the same.

                        This is the copy of mail i sent them. No response. Contacted customer service 5 or 6 times, no resolution of the problem and they disconnected multiple times.

                                Not all FTA channels are coming. The customer support telling that this is due to weather condition even when we had clear sky. How come some channels are coming if this is truly due to weather condition. Also many devotional channels are also not coming. We are not getting the service what we are paying for. Customer support always tries to book engineer visit which cost 200 rs.

                                  It relates to Customer ID 24794870 of D2H.
                                  I am more than 12 years old customer of D2H and facing this problem since last 6-8 months.
                                  Whenever an electrical switch anywhere in the house is operated/ used the screen of my TV goes blank for a moment. Very often the screen shows a message "Unsupported signal please adjust your device output".
                                  The matter was raised to [protected]@H customer care representative two times. Every time he run a command and say the problem is resolved. But, unfortunately no improvement is seen rather the frequency of the problem is increasing day by day.
                                  Thinking of changing the service provider.
