Daikin — 1.5 tonne Inverter AC

In 4 years of operation, I have spent money every year on gas leakages, change of coil, outdoor PCB change and again this year, the same issue has been identified - change in outdoor PCB- exactly one year since the change. Why are they being allowed to sell a product with such pathetic engineering, and their customer service is similar - they like to charge for visits, but are okay with not coming back with a solution for a week to 10 days. Who will compensate me for the time I am unable to use this product to cool my room in the summers? This is beyond the money I have spent on repairing this patheitc product.
