It is to be brought to your notice that I had purchased 1.5 Ton NEW DAIKIN AC- FTKY50UV16V2+RKY50UV16V2 from LG LAMNATES, Shop : 2, Mangal Pandey Road Sadar Bazar, Lucknow UP on 18.06.2023 by paying cash. The said AC was installed at home by the technician by contacting the customer care after a day or two, but after the installation of the AC, its remote was not supporting at the same time, then it was informed by the technician that the remote was changed and made available to you. Will go or you can file a complaint on customer care.
After that, I contacted the customer care and lodged a complaint related to the remote, on which after two or four days the technician contacted me and came to my house and checked with another remote and found that the remote is not working or sporting. I requested the technician to give me the remote which you have brought with you until the new remote is made available to me but the technician refused to give the remote during conversation with his higher officials and I It was told that a new remote will be provided to you after a day or two, which till today date 01.07.2023 neither new remote was made available nor contacted. Two or three days ago I contacted the said technician Mo. No. [protected], then he was informed that the new remote will be made available to you only after it is available, which has not been made available till date.
Sir, if I had come to know that DAIKIN's service is so bad, I would never have bought DAIKIN's AC and in future I would not make the mistake of buying DAIKIN's AC, nor would I recommend anyone to buy DAIKIN's AC.
