I have purchased a Daikin too and infact I have had a better experience with the product than the other airconditioner brands that I have. Or you can connect with the Daikin people directly on any of their social networking sites.

I have written multiple emails to [protected]@Diakininda.com but haven't got any proper response yet. I had a detailed discussion with the Diakin service person Mr. Sathyanarayanan and he promised to send a professional to assess the situation. Subsequently I get a call from M/s Jai Air Systems saying that I need to change 3 PCBs in my A/c (quote attached) and even after that there is no guarantee that the unit will function as there could be other issues and only after installing the 3 PCBs the further course of action can be determined. I tried calling Mr. Sathyanarayanan several times and subsequently but he refuses to pick the call. Is this the kind of service set-up that Diakin has? Have I committed such a blunder by buying a Diakin product?
