I am thanigaivel, have purchased the above said product on 3rd mar 17 from ratna cools and installed on 5th mar 17.
this product is working good for 4 days, next day water fall inside the room, we have informed the issue to the service franchise, on the same day mr. Prem came addressed it by putting insulation tape over the drain hose.
after that it was working good, but since 17 apr 17, the product is not working good only hot air is coming from the indoor unit.
we have informed the service franchise again today and mr. Prem have come and inspected and informed that the gas is not available, need to fill gas.
which is highly disappointing within 45 days, the product got issue twice, we are really worried wether the fresh product is delivered or defective product is sold to me because the manufacturing dates in indoor and outdoor or different and very old of mar 2016, why 1 year old product is sold to me.
how the new product does not have gas within 45 days from the date of purchase, and i why it is failed twice within 45 days.
again now this ac unit is not working properly, only throwing warm air, we are not comfortable with this unit.
It is very painful to afford such issue again, the purpose of buying ac is to keep the room temperature as cool as possible, but this unit is not fully filling out requirements, this is really not acceptable from a reputed company like daikin.
This is 4th time we are raising this issue with you, this time we are not ok with any service, we want replacement of complete product or refund our money on priority.
