I purchased 26 ac from daikan (Supplier m square) and i am facing some issues related to 6 acs. So i called the daikin customer care and raised the issue and they assured me that the technician will visit within 24 hours which never happened till date.
After that i called multiple times to daikin’s customer care (Almost 7-8 times) and every time they assured me that technician will going to visit my place on the very same day which again never happened.
I even raised my concern to senior executive but until now nothing is being done.
This is highly unprofessional and not expected from such a reputed brand. I am really regretting why i bought acs from daikin. A customer only wants good after sales service and if you cannot provide that you will definitely lose your customers.
I will never purchase your product in future and will also advise others not to buy daikan’s product. Dealing with daikan is such a pathetic experience.
I am also planning to raise this to consumer forum.
