I have purchased a 1 ton inverter ac from daikin last summer (18th may 2018), few days back my ac suddenly stopped working and i lodged my complaint to daikin customer care (12th may 2019) as my ac was in warranty period. My complaint was assigned to zeva enterprises (Daikin local service provider).
Technician from zeva enterprises visited my place on 12th of may 2019 and told that my ac pcb (Indoor and outdoor) is malfunctioned and need to be replaced. After his visit i was waiting for any update from zeva enterprises also called on their local number and called daikin customer care but every time i was told that they are working on my complaint and it will be resolved tomorrow (Their tomorrow never ends). Finally, technician appeared on 28th may from zeva enterprises after long waiting and follow ups but he only fixed indoor pcb and told that i again have to wait for outdoor pcb to get fixed as they don’t have outdoor pcb in the stock.
In this 40 degree plus temperature i don’t know how long i have to wait after spending my hard earning to buy that ac, it is almost 20 days of my complaint now.
I am very much disappointed with company response and still waiting for any positive reply. I never expected that kind of poor service response from the company like daikin.
