Dear Daikin Team,
I purchased 1.5 TR AC Model No.FTC50RRV161 from your authorized dealer of sales and service Ms. Shagun dated on 1-April2017 and installation also done by their team only.
The first problem was immediately reported after installation of 5 days-Cause Gas Leakage due to which AC was not cooling (This took 5 days for rectification)
The second problem I reported on 10 May 2017 (Ref No.IND[protected])which is still not attended.Problem is that compressor is not getting cut off and cooling is not appropriate.I purchased 1.5 TR AC for a room of approx 100 sq ft and I am not able to get uniform cooling and compressor is working on full load causing an excess amount of electricity bill.
I want to describe Daikin in two perspectives 1) After Service 2) Product Quality
After Sales Service Support:
I am already having experience of two company AC Samsung & Llyod and I should say that the worst customer orientation I have found in Daikin.Your dealer and service engineer are not competent enough to solve any customer problem, they are not having desired competency skill neither in term of technical aspect nor in dealing customer complaint.
They don't know what should be gas pressure in this AC model.They come to check AC without thermometer they inspect AC by waving a hand in front of AC.
They are not aware of the approx cycle time (they dont know this term).They dont have air flow meter to check air flow-I dont know how they can inspect AC functioning without these equipments and basic knowledge.
I am not demanding that AC should get cutoff at 16 degree but atleast it should fulfill ASHRAE standards
Please ask your guys to atleast strict to company norms of customer complaint resolution time (Hope so they are aware of these terms)
Now comes your toll free number-They only know single line "Your case has been esclated with high priority" there escalation is not worth while.
Product Quality:
Within a period of 2 months, this is my second complaint.I am already having Samsung & Llyod AC and I purchased Daikin as some of my friends suggested that product quality is good being Japanese design, but sorry to say that 1.5 TR AC is not able to cool 100 sq ft room pathetic, how can you imagine?
I am not very much sure that any action will be taken by this mail as well, but I am very sorry to say if this would be the case I will definitely move to consumer forum.
I request you to please give me contact details of some responsible person having technical competency to understand the issue & get rectified.
