Hello, I have purchased Daikin window ac which is under warranty. I have lodged a service request[protected] for cooling issue via ivr two days back and till today no response has been initiated.
Neither any engineer has called me nor we can see status of the complaint. I tried calling customer care[protected] but the lady said she's only responsible to create tickets and I should call another number (‪[protected]‬) which Im trying since 10 hours and it is Busy throughout.
Whom should i reach out? Customer care gives another number to call and another numbers are busy. Can someone know where can i escalate or even get a response from them?
