I purchased my daikin ac 1.5 ton on 30/03/2017 frpm kay dee electronics, sector-18, noida. Till date of installation i was having problem of cooling and indoor unit water leakage., almost 3-4 times the engineer visited 2 times from registered complaint and 2 times through dealer side, but no solution given by any one the dealer is also not providing any visit sheet, because of service issues... Even the dealer engineer does not report about any major problem in ac.. And said it is just the gas leakage... I am really very much irritated.. And complained in daikin centre with complaint id gha[protected].
Today 18.09.2017, daikin engineer visited and checked both indoor outdoor units after check they found several coils leakages in indoor unit, i am also dissapointed to see these coils, indoor coils look like old and are in worst condition, it is creating many times problem in swing function also.
I request you to please change my whole indoor unit as i m not satisfied to be a daikin customer and enclosed herewith service completion certificate which was provide by your service provider.
Please solve my problem as soon as possible, on urgent basis, product creates too much disappointment within 6 months of purchase, and what if it will cross the warranty period.
Hope you will take action immediately and solve our problerm.
