The worst ac we have ever used is daikin we have purchased two split ac's worth rupees 70000inr one is 1 ton and the 2nd one is 1.5ton
Plenty of issues were faced during this time
1. Out of three we have got 2 services and later we found that the dealer from where we have purchased has made the bill of previous date because we have requested for company installation which was chargeable and he told us that making the bill of two months early will give you free installation from the company as it was free of cost at that time but that will result to 2 months of less period of warranty this information was not provided to us by the dealer
2. The two services were done in such a way that only the filter used to be clean and along with it a cleaning with a blower used to be done everytime when we asked why the ac's indoor and outdoor internal is not getting clean they just say that we are told to do only this much of work
3. When the first service was done we were charged for the black coating that was anti-corrosive and at that time in the service record that was given to us that foolish service guy ticked on both yes and no on anti corrosive black coating we were fooled at that time too
4. Now the according to the date of bill made the ac's are out of warranty and a list of issues are being faced like the entire ac is getting leaked and our bed is filled with water while the inspection with our local service man we got to know that the ac's body is being damaged and was fixed by fevi quick very early and now as the fevi quick has became weaker the leakage has been started again
5. Gas leakage has also been faced and we have spent bloody 2000rs in fixing it
Its was better to get a second hand ac we are feeling nw rather than choosing your foolish acs
We have been fooled by the dealer by your service man and everybody we will never ever recommend daikin to anyone and will give the feedback everywhere where it is possible so that no one can get fooled by you guys like us ever...
