I have purchased Daikin split Air Conditioner 0.8 tonne through Flipkart.
When the service team has come for installation I have suggested a place in the 1st floor itself to install the outer unit but the team has suggested to fix the same at the terrace.
And they told me only couple of meters of copper pipe is required, I believed them and ask them to proceed.
But, after installation they showed a bill of Rs 8, 820/-. The installation cost is 1/2 cost of the air conditioner.
I am totally disappointed by the cost and I don't know what to do, but i paid the bill.
The purpose of approaching the daikin company installation is to get good service at the actual cost.
The installation is good, but the service team forced me too bear the extra cost of copper pipe 5 meter of Rs.4, 250/-, Electrical wire Rs.1, 340/-., which is totally unnecessary., If they installed in the 1st floor.
I am totally dissatisfied to bear the extra cost which is because of accepting the service team suggestion.
I believed the service team but they planned to sell extra copper pipe and spares, so it proved that they are not worth to believe.
I lost the confident on Daikin and in near future the service team will charge extra cost too.
So it is better to put an end to it by returning your air conditioner instead of getting embarassed by excess cost.
I above detail will explain you how the service team is exploiting the customers of Daikin and how they have wasted the copper pipe and electrical wire.
