L purchased my daikin ac on[protected] and its various parts got damaged but because of not my fault. I complained many a times regarding the faults of my ac and their engineers came nad changed the defaulted parts. Three four times engineers changed the parts and again its fifth time my ac is still not working i complained again and asked them to replace my whole ac but they are not listening to my concern. I have attached my ac bill below. I want that they should replace a new ac. Please solve my concern as early as possible. Even i complained at the nodal office they are also not receiving the call. Our service team visited at your premises and found PCB issue which has been replaced. Also, you did not allow any of our representative for repair in the unit. I purchased 2 inverter AC Zunits in March 2019. 1 unit is constantly giving problem and need replacement as soon as possible. Unit shows F3 command and stops cooling which is trauma to user and need immediate action.
