It's not even a year since purchase. Facing issue of negligible cooling. An air cooler would have been better for that matter. Money wasted on useless, 3rd class product. Have complained multiple times to customer care since the beginning of summer this year. However, the service technician/executive failed to identify or rectify the error. I humbly request you to look into the matter and get the product 'REPAIRED OR REPLACED' ASAP. My contact number is [protected].
