I am writing to file an anonymous complaint regarding the service and treatment I received from an air conditioning service provider. We recently purchased a new air conditioner, which began experiencing issues shortly after installation. We promptly registered a complaint with the service provider.
Initially, the service team contacted us and informed us that they required certain equipment to be sent for warranty application. Later, we were told that the equipment provided was not suitable for the required work, which we understood.
However, on a later date, despite comfortable weather conditions, the service provider continued to delay addressing our issue. When we expressed our frustration and made further inquiries, we were treated harshly. Additionally, a different representative contradicted previous statements by claiming that the necessary equipment had not yet been provided.
This conflicting information and the unprofessional treatment have left us confused and dissatisfied. We are unsure who to believe, but it is clear that either the service provider or the customer care team has been delaying the process and has treated us poorly.
