Hi on 4 th august shipment arrived for which i paid via upi ₹ 599.99 but delivery agents told payment not updated so you pay cash deduct amount will get refund
so we paid cash of rs 600 but till date no refund recieved from delhivery

    1. I have given 6 baggage to transfer from Gurgaon to Kolkata. All Item is picked up from my home on 30th July. 2. On 10th Aug 5 baggages were delivered but 6th one was not.
    3. I continuously put query in the app from 4th but to 9th Aug their customer care team doesn't care to respond as everyday it shows that delivery gor delayed.
    4. Following that I raised query in twitter on 9th Aug. But there is no fruitful response. Only they are daying that we have forwarded to team and waiting for response.
    5. 17 days is passed still the packege is not received.
    6. Adding all the relevant snapsnots fir your ready reference.

    Please help me in getting my baggage as early as possible because I am really concerned.

      I have ordered 2 packages from Urbanic and they both are at my city only (Dehradun) but it’s showing that my packages are missing in the audit . In fact one of them is prepaid and I don’t know that whether I will receive my orders or will I get my refund or I’ll be cheated by the Urbanic and Delhivery. One of my order was supposed to be delivered on 10th aug and another one on 15th but both the orders are not yet delivered and when I’m contacting Urbanic support they are asking me to wait 24 48 hours since 12th august . How much time should I wait it’s been 17th august now.

        Hi,
        I was supposed to receive my package on the 9th of August. The package reached Pune on the same day however delivery has been continuously delayed since then. I checked the tracking page every day for updates however it just shows me the delivery day has been shifted to the next day. It is the 16th of August today and it is showing me the estimated delivery as the 17th of August again. I need the parcel urgently and i am unable to contact anyone for delivery or support.

          On 11 August 2022 I am going to get are delivery from MEESHO.
          I was out of my house for couple of hours I told the delivery boy to deliver the package at my premises I also allow my OTP but when I came back I didn't get my package. I called him to ask about my best package he told me that the packages with him and he is going to delivery to me tomorrow. 6 days past didn't get my package I think the delivery boy kept it with him. Have also created a ticket ID with the courier company but they seeing to be not interested to resolve it.

          I want my package and I am also complaining about the company and the courier guy to drag them until they believe that it's a mistake from their side.

            The payment of my order which I received on 7th of August, has been again deducted from my account on 13th of August.

            The delivery partner from Delhivery confirmed that he received the payment when I transferred the amount of 460 on 7th of August.

            But again the same amount has been deducted from my account on 13th August. Please do return my money as soon as possible.

              I have ordered an aurelia green kurta on 6th aug worth 1049 on making the transaction via UPI i have received the message "Oops! Payment attempted through payment link for AWB[protected] failed. Any amount if debited from your account will get refunded within 4-7 business days - Delhivery" but i have not yet received my money...
              Please refund the money asap.

                Online payment was done using link via phone pay amount debit from my account but payment was not successful at end of delivery. And I paid cash to recieve the parcel . So please solve the issue and refund the my amount ASAP.

                  I ordered one product from Meesho and they sent me a completely wrong product, one old man's shirt and one old kid's shirt that was smelling badly. I raised complaint about it to meesho and they logged it and asked Delhivery to collect the same. Twice they rejected to pickup and finally when they did, they started abusing me that I have given wrong products whereas I received wrong products. The delivery person - Avinash started bad mouthing and accusing me. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service and support.

                    I had sent a parcel to my friend who lives in Assam through Delhivery from kota. It was basically a birthday present and he was supposed to receive it 2-3 days after his birthday but instead it got delayed for 15 days and he still hasn't received his parcel yet. He visited the delivery office today to receive the parcel himself as he'll be leaving for college tomorrow but then the office was closed. I tried contacting the person from Delhivery Kota but he isn't even receiving my calls for the past few days. This is really disappointing and frustrating at the same time:(

                      The shipment status shows as Delivered but I haven't received it yet. It's urgent and delayed by a week, so I need someone to trace and rectify at the earliest.

                        I'd like to bring this to your knowledge that two-three weeks ago I'd ordered a Puma Style 24 Ltrs Black Medium backpack(order ID:[protected] from Tata CLiQ company. However the product did not meet the requirement needs so I sent a return request. I also received a direct calls from the Tata CLiQ executives for the confirmation of the return request, to which, I replied with a 'Yes'. However the delivery agent never showed up nor called me. It's been more than 4 days already and I'm afraid that I will never be able to return the package and get my money.
                        Therefore, I kindly request the concern management team to look into the matter immediately as soon as possible. Thank you.

                            Delivery boy told me that for rescheduling your delivery for the next day I need delivery code so I given to him but same day it was showing delivered and i didn't got that parcel.please help me. You can check I ordered many things from Meesho but This is first time I got cheated by delivery partner.His name is Akash kushwaha or Nilesh kushwaha and his mobile number is [protected]. And yesterday night means on 13 August he told me that he will deliver my product today but he is now not attending my call. This is my hard working amount.please help me.

                                  My AWB number is[protected]. I booked a shipment from Delhi to Mumbai on 9th July but because of some delays at my end it got picked on 11th July . The expected time of delivery was 7-9 days that means maximum by 20th it had to get delivered . There was no reply from DELHIVERY team from that day, No updates were showing me on your app it constantly showed me in transit for return from 14th july without telling the reason of not shipping . After searching a lot i got to know DELHIVERY's office address and i went there on 2nd Aug, 21 days after the shipment got picked up from my place. There i got to know they're having this consignment with them from 14th july and the parcel never left Delhi and the shipment return team never contacted me I don't know why . I need my refund back without any deduction immediately otherwise i'll take this case to consumer court for the harassment i faced with your company.

                                      I have a disgusting experience with delhivery courier these people do not have any track of what they are doing there have been orders which they deliver to wrong address without checking the booking address or address on the packet o had to literally redirect the courier at my cost for 2 courier without any support from the liacal branch or customer support now I have a bigger problem they are showing courier number[protected] as delivered on 2 Aug but this is still not delivered now I have written atleast 15 mails to the customer support guy Ali Abbas but no revert is coming moreover after telling the delhivery guy again and again I got the cobra Cr person of Wadala branch manager Arjun who referred the local cluster manager of Zirakpur Deepika she said she will update me tomorrow and I can coordinate with her colleagues Mukul who never picks up the phone also I am mentioning the number of these people so that a strict action can be taken against them

                                      Deepika[protected] she said she will update me tomorrow and since morning she is not taking my call or replying to msg
                                      Mukul[protected] this guy is team member of Deepika who was supposed to help me he is not picking up the phone only
                                      Arjun[protected] he referred the case to Deepika
                                      I am surprised how come these people don’t have a call centre number nor any TAT tracking of the mails sent
                                      Hoping recovery of my hard earned money

                                        I have booked a courier with a logistics company named Delhivery around the last week of August 2021. The LRN number for the same is[protected]. After regular follow-ups in calls, WhatsApp, and emails, I could finally receive my order in Pampore Srinagar on 3 October 2022. It took 30 days precisely for my order to reach Pampore Srinagar. Even then, the order was one box shot.
                                        I was assured the other box would be delivered in 2-3 working days, but nothing moved forward. I have approached the delivery vendor and the delivery head office in Gurgaon, but nothing productive has been achieved so far. I was put in touch with a manager in the Gurgaon office named Shailendra Kumar(S.K)Tiwari. He had issued a credit note worth rs 10000/- in my name, but I never received it. i followed up with SK Tiwari for months, and he stopped taking my calls and responding to my texts. Some of their employees have also threatened me on a conference call. I have lost two TVs and am being harassed by their employees. S.K Tiwari tried intimidating me also. This is pure harassment. I have proof for everything I am stating here.
