Two of my parcels have not been delivered since 20 days now!

I had shipped two parcels on 5th and 7th July respectively. Till data none of these parcels have been delivered by the Delhivery Team. There’s no way of communicating with these people, no way of raising a ticket as it is automatically marked as resolved without a single reply from their end. This is pathetic and unacceptable. Kept my 45k electric guitar with them and have not provided any updates

I had ordered an electric guitar worth 45k through rajmusicals.in on 13th July and they have couriered the order through Delhivery. The tracking showed that it arrived in Bangalore on the 17th. No refund received for cancelled shipment

I booked a shipment pick up from my home and the pick up was delayed for 3 days which prompted me to cancel the pick upon Dec 10 2021, AWB[protected], they status shows cancelled and refund has been initiated but I never received my refund. Two of my parcels are stuck at the Delhivery warehouse. I have no means of communicating with them.

I Have sent two parcels via delhivery please have a look at the screenshot. It has been more than 15 days that the parcels were picked up from my residence. Everyday, when I check the Delhivery app, the estimated delivery date gets shifted to the next day. Delhivery quality of service

This is probably the worst courier service in India and yet many reputation brands still seem to partner with then because .. you guessed it.. they are CHEAP
They seem to do straight up fraud. False delivery updates, if they get a big item they want to deliver, they just straight up put false scans like incomplete address or delivery attempt failed. They are extremely slow. They seems to have incompetent service team/customer support....

Website showed it's delivered on 27th June'22
But my client didn't receive the parcel,
It's been more than 20 days now.
